Here's a little tip if you don't have enough ammo for your heavy weapons. Use the righteous authority as a main weapon. Some reasons. One you can get pretty early after completing the first mission Danse gives you. Two it runs on fusion cells, one of the most common types of ammo in the Commonwealth, along with scrounger your al set. Your welcome.
Late replay, maybe you don't care anymore, but... When I did my playthrough for this build, this was my strategy, in fact. Righteous Authority as the primary, with a .45-ammo ballistic as a secondary in the event that I do run out of FCs without a way to stock up; followed FM's advice and kept the Fury Fist as a tertiary on the rare chance I was undersupplied on both. Minigun (Ashmaker) and Gatling laser (Legendary drop as VATS Enhanced) were reserved for the big enemies, the wasteland creatures i.e. Behemoths, Deathclaws, Queenies, etc.
Yeah I’ve been running rifles instead of the mini guns, using paladin Danse as my companion, he’s pretty clutch in situations and deals damage effectively, he just doesn’t like me shooting up psycho all the time and yelling “FUCKING KILLLLL” before battle 😂😂😂
@@ReallyKeepingFictional efficient! This is about how I play, do you just sell all other ammo? I usually settle on my secondary either being a combat shotgun or combat rifle, both effective

I think the nuclear physicist perk isnt something the character learns in the wasteland but something he was taught in the army to conserve the power of fusion cores. Its like inc cartridges, you gotta replace them even if they are still 1/3 full except you have a miniature nuclear reactor. And the female survivor knows it because its a crazy good lyfe hax that her husband told her because fusion cores are every day items in the fallout universe.
A few tips for anyone! 1. Replace “Iron Fist”, “Rifleman” is a much better perk since Paladin Danse gifts you his Laser Rifle pretty early on. 2. Get “Aeturnus” in Nuka World! 3. To get caps early on, do the side quests in Diamond City such as the bounty hunts by Moe Cronin, Abbot at the wall. OR you could farm the nearby raider locations, not only will you get ammo, you will get a decent amount of caps! 4. Invest in to “Fortune Finder” after level 50. 5. Use laser rifles and whatever else outside of power armor and use heavy guns inside power armor. 6. Invest in to “Bloody Mess”, for the aesthetic and and little added damage. 7. HELP, BUT DO NOT JOIN THE MINUTE MEN at the beginning of the game so u can get a mini gun, power armor, and perception bobble head. Ur welcome!
Might be a lil' late on this one, but by jumping from the church roof you could easily obtain the power armor and minigun without triggering a second wave of raiders and a deathclaw
Just finished the show today and back for another build. Gonna use the captain cosmos power armor and an automatic assault rifle instead of heavy weapons to make a StarCraft Marine Edit: just found a vault tec security helmet that looks way closer than the CC Helmet!
@@FudgeMuppet I don't mean to bother you sir but I was just wondering for this build with the Paladin join the Raider game at Nuka world for the Nuka World DLC or would he destroy the Raiders I was just curious
For the settlement building and such for this guy I've decided that I like to pick the settlements that are mostly deserted, have a pretty good defensible layout, and then build concrete walled outposts. Instead of using settlement beacons and recruiting settlers though I actually like to build some robots and have them do all my transportation. I paint them orange to match the BoS flag and I try to keep them fairly well built and equipped. I definitely don't use robobrains but I tend to have Mr Gutsy bots and a few protectron based units do the supply lines and I have a sentry bot and an assaultron stay in each outpost. After the end of Danse's storyline (I keep him alive) I usually like to keep a heavily modified Ada with me.
You should totally do a synth build that involves the "player is a synth" theory that DiMA introduces! It would definitely be an interesting build as it's a unique spin on the backstory that I don't believe any of your builds have had so far. Factions would be either the railroad or the institute
+nathan Featherstone Basically just take the Silver Shroud build, replace the "superpower"-based perks with ones geared more towards direct combat, building wealth, or getting better gear, get ballistic weave on a suit (invest in the armorer perk for this) instead of wearing the Silver Shroud costume, and there you go, there's your Mobster/Triggerman build. For roleplaying purposes, threaten and extort people as often as possible for greater rewards, and don't be afraid to just mow down anyone who sufficiently irritates you, and choose whichever course of action will be the most profitable for you, regardless of whether it's morally sound or not. HOWEVER, note that sometimes this means actually doing something moral - remember, a mobster is a businessman who commits crimes for profit, not a psychopath who does so just because he can, and sanity DOES have its advantages. Also, the Mobster is a "family man", in more ways than one, so it's possible that he might forego profit sometimes if it means helping somebody out who's in a similar position as his own. Even evil has standards, and loved ones, after all.
+nathan Featherstone What 23 says, but add in some charisma to the mix. I could see this kind of character building a city done "his way" at Starlight. Either railroad or institute, with an eye towards turning the railroad into a crime syndicate.
NutNapalm I actually just did a playthrough of that sort but I actually sided with the Institute. Why, you ask? Simple, he's the Director of the Institute, but he's ALSO the General of the Minutemen. It's a perfect setup for a racketeering scam on a grand scale: the Institute terrorizes people, then the Minutemen offer to help drive them off for a price. He's basically running both sides of a private war of his and regardless of which side wins (ideally he wants both of them to be in a perpetual stalemate), he profits. Also, another place to build a settlement might be Hangman's Alley. I know it doesn't look like it, but if you get creative and build tall instead of wide you can actually build a settlement capable of housing more than ten people easily, and it really captures the whole 'inner city slum' feel if you do it right.
Make a Minuteman General build that uses lazer weapons and only uses the castle as his settlement but has supply lines to the castle from other settlements
I made mine based off the old times with a futuristic twist. Cant fast travel (unless needed) *Man lost in time* -laser musket -Cannon not upgraded -Hunting Rifles (cant put silencers or marksman stock only wooden and iron sights or short scope) -Pipe pistol (that you need to load after every bullet) - revolutionary sword
I love the backstory of this build, and frankly all of your builds in both Fallout and Skyrim. The fact that you guys took the time to create a very detailed backstory for all builds is amazing, most people wouldn't even bother with a story for thier characters.
Coming back after 8 years since the show had me inching for one more play through. Just want to say I never realized just how great these videos are. I forgot all my vast game knowledge but I can come back and know I can enjoy an immersive play through by using one of your builds.
I would like to see a Butcher Pete build. Pete's gotta long sharp knife. He starts choppin, and don't know when to stop. The commonwealth better watch their wives cause Pete don't care whose meat he chops. Every since Pete left the vault he's been having a ball. Just cutting and chopping for miles around Single women, married women, old maids, and all.
M'aiq The Liar Big. Brutish. Stupid. High strength, low perception, high endurance, low charisma, low intelligence, low agility and moderate luck. Acquire the idiot savant perk early on, a set of workers overalls and a machete (to represent his long, sharp knife) then go at it. A hat is up to you but i would not, just ballistic weave the overalls and add a really crazy looking hairstyle.
You guys are awesome. I have yet to find anyone else on TH-cam doing builds that are even a fraction as good as yours. Never give up guys, we are counting on you.
Another great guide from FM, the only things to tweak would be to donate perk points from Iron Fists to Big Leagues, as you will be in Power Armor for 99% of your gameplay and you can’t use unarmed weapons in Power Armor. You can use a Super Sledge instead, which does major damage. Pro Tip: when in Power Armor, slow speed melee weapons turn into medium speed melee weapons when in Third person view, so stagger away!
T-51 was my favorite power armor design. But after seeing that the Railroad has taken claim to it. I now feel no sadness for slaughtering the Railroad with the Brotherhood. AD VICTORIUM!!
I really love this build. I usualy go for a strength character in games like this, but i like how high amounts of intelligence are incorporated as well as power armour definately my fav build. Thanks guys!
Definetly doing this!! the brotherhood of steel is my favorite fac and this is perfect. A complete change up from my usual sniper based builds. Now I'm in a hurry to finish up my current play through!
The next character I make is going to be a mix between this and the commando built you guys also did. Paladin in Power Armor, Commando out of Power Armor
Starting ANOTHER play-through with this build because I love the BoS so much, but with a few adaptations. Since I feel a lot of the inspiration for the BoS is from the Space Marines in Warhammer 40K, I felt that going with a fist weapon was an odd choice. Sure, the SM have Power Fists, but they use them in conjunction with power armor. So, I went with Big Leagues for melee weapon damage. That combine with the Ripper weapon and the option for a jet pack and you can swap between Space Marine specializations at will!
Maybe in general, bu in Fallout 4 specifically? Replace the words 'Synths, Ghouls, and Super Mutants' with 'Xenos, Chaos, and Heretics', and the parallels are pretty undeniable.
Tristan Haller In general, the Brotherhood of Steel were meant to be nice-guy versions of the Guardians of the Ancient Order from _Wasteland,_ not space marines.
I recommend replacing Iron Fist with Big Leagues, while wearing the armor you won't be able to switch to empty hands as quickly as switching to a melee weapon.
Why would u wait until level 23 to get the first medic perk that will come extremely useful if your taking mass damage due to close quarter fights but at level 4 get a perk that staggers an enemy by running into them?
I'm working on a Geralt of Rivia build for Fallout, still trying to work on the backstory but I've got the SPECIAL and equipment set up. Strength: 5 or 6 Perception: 1 Endurance: 3 or 4 Charisma: 3 or 4 Intelligence: 1 Agility: 9 Luck: 4 (+ SPECIAL book to get Idiot Savant) Armor: Army Fatigues (+1 Strength, +1 Agility), Military Fatigues (+2 Agility) or Green Shirt and Combat Boots (+1 Charisma, +1 Endurance) with Leather Armor equipped. Weapons: Any sword like weapon (Start with a Machete then when you have enough caps Genral Chao's Revenge Sword) and a Pistol. Playstyle is similar to "Silver for Monsters, Steel for Humans" meaning you use your Pistol for humans such as Raiders and you use your Sword for the "Monsters" of the wasteland. Let me know what you guys think and if their is anything I should change about this character.
+HALO20601 I feel if you want to be more serious about the build and create something similar to that "Steel for humans and silver for monsters" thing you should probably change the character type or background so it doesn't seem too similar to the actual character, maybe something similar like a ranger type of character that hates the war and it's creations (monsters)?
+Steve Allen The longer I played the build the more closer it became to a Ranger type of character, okay so the Geralt of Rivia build will be known as the Ranger.
Exactly what I am doing. Nothing so far different from the build as all the perks for unarmed are there for melee weapons. Maybe change out and get a bit more blacksmith as you go for those upgrades but very similar.
Best companion in my opinion is a self-made robot from the Robot Workbench. I have an orange floating Securotron with duel Gatling Lasers & mortar launchers, and it's special ability is it heals me when out of combat. It has no morals & is 100% loyal. Ad Victoriam!
Hey if anyone is watching this in 2020 I hope this advice helps but you can get a fully upgraded napalmer from the forged at Saugus ironworks and don't pass up Albert Finch's quest to get the shishkebab to get some quick caps also if you have Nuka world do not pass up the Nuka Cola Quantum X-01 power armour it's the best suit in the game and really easy to get also try defeating people that challenge you for overboard at the end you will fight a deserter of the brotherhood and he/she will drop Aeturnus a never ending gattling laser which gives you infinite ammo and never needs to be reloaded period
This is one of my favorite builds, and the first build I used to complete Fallout 4. About to play it again, but I think that Big Leagues, instead of unarmed, would be more useful with this build. That way you can still use melee weapons (besides your fists) in the Power Armor.
I loved everything about this build except the furious power fist thing haha..if only Bethesda would allow us to use unarmed weapons inside power armor
So I have been playing this build on Survival. In the beginning I was a little a skeptical of its ability to survive when I was in the teens. I was considering breaking from your suggestions, but decided to stick with it. I really struggled for the most part early as I just did not understand why I could not equip unarmed weapons (Like the knuckles) early, so, I would not use the power armor, except on specific missions. Once I worked past that and realized I did not need to equip unarmed weapons to use unarmed attacks in power armor, everything came together. I currently am level 35 and tearing things up. Though you don't talk about it, I use chems like crazy on this build, mainly for things like Bufftats, Psychobuff. Jet, and grape mentats for selling stuff. Even with Scrounger, I end up buying 5 mm and missiles often, really selling unneeded ammo and loot to get those ammo types. I play on console, so I can't use PC commands to give me whatever items I want. The RNG gods were kind to me at level 30 and dropped my a Plasma infused Mini Gun, which replaced Ashmaker. I also lucked out and picked up a Freezing Flamer when I was low level. The Furious Power Fist is a nice to have, but you only need it if you are NOT in power armor. Which is less and less as your character levels. Also, I did not understand your fascination with endurance until I watched your endurance video. Great build.
I'm a big fan of this build! On my play through with him the only change I made was substituting the melee centered perks for some rifleman and later on stealth oriented perks as crazy as it sounds for the power armor guy lol. Mainly my reason was that for one you get access to the Sentinel's Plasmacaster at the end of the BoS questline and it just begs to be used as a sniper rifle so rifleman and sneak go good together there and the other reason being that for certain situations I feel like being out of your armor is actually better and it's also lore friendly towards BoS soldiers since they're not only trained shock troopers but also excellent scouts. So far this and the sharpshooter are my two favorite builds, I'm playing sharpshooter now but man sometimes I just wish that instead of sneaking I could just charge in wearing full armor and feel like a juggernaut lol.
How about a Hotline Miami build? His backstory would fit with the story in some way except the time zones. In the last soldier level he got hurt by an explosion which gave him serious injuries. Maybe the first game and the ending of the second were just hateful dreams that let him predict what would happen in Fallout 4? His SPECIAL stats should focus on low endurance and high agility. His perks should focus on automatic weapons and melee with other perks like blitz or grim reapers sprint. You can even get a similar jacket and a mascot head in the technical high school near diamond city
I've done a Tony (from the fans) build, and Jacket build. Mainly just melee/unarmed, bloody mess, tons of strength, and low endurance to replicate dying quickly in Hotline Miami.
Playing as a BOS soldier on Fallout 3 is SO much fun! Not only does it deal TONS of damage, there's SO much room for role playing in it, too! Here's what I use. •Vengeance Gatling Laser •Eugene Minigun •Heavy Incinerator •Super Sledge (Super Mutant Overlord Variant) •Fisto! Power Fist •Plasma Grenades •Frag Grenades •Winterized T-51b Power Armor Just use any skills and perks that increase the effectiveness of your weapons/healing items. Have fun!
Bethesda should be paying you guys royalties. Every time I watch one of these, I want to go back and start a brand new character to re-enact some of these scenes.
I made a mercenary build using the Alternative start mod, and his backstory was that he was once a brotherhood paladin who quit being part of the brotherhood because he found the brotherhood to be to soft and weak (even though they hate humanoids that aren’t humans with a burning passion). Also the brotherhood never payed him for his “good deeds” despite them being ruthless and harsh. Despite his past, he learns to control his hatred and focus on his mercenary job, “doing it the way the contract wants him to” so he can get those sweet caps.
Because you couldnt put it on the power armor arm. Just look at them, one wouldnt fit with the other. Plus, its more the main melee weapon outside of power armor.
I think a minuteman build would be nice... even tho they are the weakest of the factions in terms of how interesting they are... heck the atom cats are more interesting and they have one mission. But yes a minuteman general build would be nice or maybe a liberator for the railroad but we mostly want to see a minuteman build. I am sure it will be great anyways but here is a sampler special spread Strength 1 Perception 8 Endurance 2 Charisma 6 Intelligence 6 Agility 1 Luck 2. I hope you can expand upon this and determine perks because boy does F4 have a lot of them.
+ThatOneGinger yeah, it's the build I used on my first play through when I sided with the Minutemen, so I figured I would just say it was a Minutemen build.
Lets see...Alien Blaster (Hubs maybe) something to represent the bat'leth and a lot of intellugence and charisma. Not sure what to do for clothes, but something that can support ballistic weave is preferable.
Well Picard used to roleplay as a sleuth on Holodeck simulations, so a detective getup would be appropriate whenever he wants to keep a low profile. He could use disguises based on all the characters he's roleplayed throughout the series and films, plus some drifter stuff to just blend in during down-time. His clothes would change to fit the situation, not unlike Deacon. And maybe some Institute clothes if he's ever feeling nostalgic. Oh, and Picard would definitely do the Silver Shroud quests. Stats: Assuming that 5 is the average baseline, Jean-Luc's stats would be strength 5, perception 7, endurance 4, charisma 9, intelligence 10, agility 5 and luck 7. Obviously we cannot start with this level, but this would represent Picard's final build for his primary statistics. Average physical capabilities, above average luck and perception, exceptional charisma and a truly astounding intellect. Perfectly representative of an exceptional and decorated Starfleet captain. Perks: In battle pistol perks would be Picard's primary focus. But there would also be some love shared between rifles, automatics and bladed weapons, to levels of 2 perhaps. Engineering, science and diplomatic/leader perks would be common additions throughout the game. Everything a Starfleet officer would be expected to know, plus a couple of flourishes to represent Jean-Luc's other interests. Weapons: A laser pistol would be his primary weapon. Alien blaster, laser rifle, .44 (I'm sure he uses a revolver at some point) and a cutlass as his secondaries (Picard is a fencer remember). Plus a sub-machinegun just to recreate that scene, you know which one. :) Companions: Valentine would be his primary companion. No argument. Curie and Piper his romance options (he'd be good to Cait, try and reform her, but wouldn't romance her so as not to abuse his position of power, his trust and friendship he has with her). Deacon, Macreedy and of course Dogmeat would be temporary companions. Plus Geordie...I mean X6 whilst he tries to figure out whether to side with or abandon the Institute. The others he'd simply wish all the best to, and then be on his way. Game Ending: Special mention to the moral struggle I mentioned in relation to the Institute. On one hand, a paradise built on the back of slavery is no paradise at all (and Picard, if you can't already guess, would unquestionably see the Synths as living beings deserving of rights and freedoms). And such an amoral group would need to be stopped. But...he's a Starfleet officer of the 24th century. He must long for a return to that world he misses so dearly, and the Institute could be the only way of recreating that world. Also, as a Starfleet officer, he would be the PERFECT candidate for the position of Director. Capable of leading the Institute into a golden age, possessing knowledge and expertise that even their best and brightest do not. And maybe, just maybe, he'd be able to restore their morality as well. But. Unlike the Institute, Jean-Luc Picard would not lose sight of his humanity, he would not pursue knowledge and technological advancement at the expense of human lives and freedoms. Ultimately, after much soul-searching, he would choose to destroy the Institute. I'm not 100% sure how Jean-Luc would align with the other factions. If not the Institute, who then would Jean-Luc support? I'm not sure I see him becoming the general of the Minutemen, even though he'd admire Preston and all the Minutemen stand for. He'd not support the Brotherhood either, but would not be outright hostile, despite their many short-comings (Picard always chooses peace if the option remains open to him). And whilst the Railroad fits the sleuth angle I mentioned before, and he'd support the rescuing and protecting of Synths, I'm not sure about that path either. Perhaps then he falls in with the Railroad for lack of superior options. Destroys the Institute through them, and then finally decides to support and rebuild the Minutemen - beginning the slow job of rebuilding the Commonwealth - doing it the right and moral way. Time marches on, and as "General", in addition to running missions for the Railroad every now and then, Picard develops an uneasy truce with the Brotherhood of Steel, keeping his distance from them best he can. Question is what becomes of the Brotherhood. Maybe this truce continues, the people of the Commonwealth stay out of the Brotherhood's way and the two never come to blows. Or perhaps the situation becomes intolerable: Under the leadership of Elder Maxson the Brotherhood never make compromise, and their operations breed antagonism between them and the people of the Commonwealth. They hover like a Sword of Damocles over Boston - little better than the Institute, perhaps reminding Jean-Luc of the Romulan and Klingon empires when they were at their worst. An ever-present threat to the freedom and safety of Boston. Perhaps culminating in their assault upon his old friends at the Railroad, eventually Picard's hand is forced. With peace no longer possible, Picard and the Railroad destroy the Brotherhood. And so the game ends - Picard sides with the Railroad, leaving both the Institute and Brotherhood destroyed. But this is also a game in which the Minutemen flourishes, and things begin to improve for the people of the Commonwealth. And perhaps in the not too distant future, a United Commonwealth Federation will bloom under Jean-Luc Picard's guidance and leadership. Boldly going where no man has gone before...
I swapped Unarmed for Melee because of Fallout 4’s obtuse decision not to allow you to equip “bare hands” via hotkeys like literally all the other 3D Fallout games have. Plus I consider the Super Sledge to be synonymous with BOS Paladins. Ad Victoriam!
+Fallout Freak it wants to hoard all technology so that it cannot fall into the wrong hands and plunge the world deep into war with technology every again but they want to destroy the current technology like synths and super mutants that were created by experiments with radiation on the human body
+Miraak if you are talking about why they decide to destroy the institute instead of searching for their technology i have no idea. bethesda kinda made a hole in the brother hood of steel's logic there
Edward Kenway Yea Thats true but my best guess is that the BOS wanted to destroy everything in the institute so it could never become an organisation again.
Just pay attention to the fact that the Brotherhood is one of the most technologically advanced groups in the Wasteland. Their goal is to keep technology from going out of hand and to keep it to themselves and be responsible with it. Just because they don't trust anyone else with it doesn't mean they don't trust themselves. They're not Caesar's Legion, they have a fucking airship, equip their men with power armor, and use advanced laser weapons. EDIT: Removed mean comment.
+Vavakx Nonexus heres the logic in a simle story which is true by the way. Oro: i Hate rice.... bacchan: then why are you eating it so fast?? Oro: i hate it so i want it to go away. bacchan:.......(in his mind he was saying DA FUQ BRO??? but i cant read minds soo i dont know)
+Vavakx Nonexus BoS uses the tech they uncover, sort of "hoarding" it so it doesn't fall into the wrong hands again. So, there would be some people in the BoS who would be "scientists" of sort to unravel some of this pre-war mystery. But, I think that in the case of the Sole Survivor, he was around before the war, where they taught "high tech" type of academics in his prestigious school. Makes sense to me. If you know how something works, doesn't matter if you hate it or not, I guess?
Josh Lilly The problem is that he's *improving* and *creating* technology by modding things with Science!! If he was just a brute with laser gatlings, it would be fine, but for some strange reason he has to have Science! and oppose the philosophy of the BoS.
+Vavakx Nonexus BOS does not hate tech nor Science. They hate it when people use this tech other than them or for the creation of abominations like wat happened during the prewar.
nice build and all but one glaring problem, I CAN'T find any ammo for my mini gun, even with both ranks of scrounger and no vendor sells all that much :( Any big guns that have plentiful ammo?
Yea it's the nature of the beast. Hence why you should be using pain train and punching their heads off in the early game. You get about 1,000 5mm rounds from Ack-Ack and concord. After that it dries up.
I had the same issue, so i scrapped the build, started from scratch and switched to energy weapons since you can get the laser musket early on and use it until you acquire Righteous Authority.
+A Person Locksmith, Demolitions Expert, Toughness, pump a few more points into Perception (+5) and Charisma just to make life a little easier with the speech checks. Strong Back and Awareness (I think that's what the one that shows enemies weaknesses in VATS is called) would also be helpful as well. Strong Back especially as, even though all this armor has deep pocketed, this much gear is gonna be HEAVY.
No were not from the institute but we blew it up, and blew up your airship and we are the only good guys of the commonwealth that took out your threat to it. -Minutemen General and Preston Garvey.

Your welcome.
thank you bro
Iron Fist and Rifleman share the same levels, so you can just swap them out.
Just leaving this here, hope it helps. :)

Intelligence: Sub Par
Is a nuclear physicist
Gets straight As
Damn.
A 9 for Intelligence in this game is hardly subpar. His parents were, but hey, whos to say a genius cant come from such an environment?

I prefer melee to guns. I want to make full use of a power armor's capability to enhance melee.
I know this might be a little tiny bit late. But basicly you just lead garvey to sanctuary?
@@levozhe Thanks
I plan to do the same. But what can I swap Blacksmith for as that's redundant too if I'm not doing melee.
Currently making this build, only thing is i changed up iron first with Rifleman to use Lazer and plasma rifles.
Same but I switched iron fist for big leagues.
I switched Iron Fist with Big League and Heavy Gunner with Commando
I am going to switch it for big leagues as I love my trusty baseball bat.

NutNapalm
I actually just did a playthrough of that sort but I actually sided with the Institute.

I love the backstory of this build, and frankly all of your builds in both Fallout and Skyrim. The fact that you guys took the time to create a very detailed backstory for all builds is amazing, most people wouldn't even bother with a story for thier characters.
I don't bother with a back story as I am a new person in a new world. I do, however, find FudgeMuffet's back stories interesting.
Coming back after 8 years since the show had me inching for one more play through. Just want to say I never realized just how great these videos are. I forgot all my vast game knowledge but I can come back and know I can enjoy an immersive play through by using one of your builds.
I would like a build that involves Kellogg's outfit you can get a mod to allow ballistic weave on it so you can have it as a end game piece of armor.
A hat is up to you but i would not, just ballistic weave the overalls and add a really crazy looking hairstyle.
comettamer might as well go for a Jason Vorhees build too.

You can use this for every faction just use there specific power armor (railroad t-51, institute x-01 , Minutemen T-45 and BOS T-60)

T-51 was my favorite power armor design. But after seeing that the Railroad has taken claim to it. I now feel no sadness for slaughtering the Railroad with the Brotherhood. AD VICTORIUM!!

_"Since I feel a lot of the inspiration for the BoS is from the Space Marines in Warhammer 40K"_
It's not. They are more like Starship Troopers.
Maybe in general, bu in Fallout 4 specifically? Replace the words 'Synths, Ghouls, and Super Mutants' with 'Xenos, Chaos, and Heretics', and the parallels are pretty undeniable.
Tristan Haller
In general, the Brotherhood of Steel were meant to be nice-guy versions of the Guardians of the Ancient Order from _Wasteland,_ not space marines.
There's also the super sledge/atoms judgement if you want to go down the Thunder hammer route.
I just wish I could have some kind of shield in the other hand.
I recommend replacing Iron Fist with Big Leagues, while wearing the armor you won't be able to switch to empty hands as quickly as switching to a melee weapon.
20:57 I love how you just screwed that suicider.

Why would u wait until level 23 to get the first medic perk that will come extremely useful if your taking mass damage due to close quarter fights but at level 4 get a perk that staggers an enemy by running into them?
I made an exception with Danse. I roll played that he proved himself enough to stay by my side as a brother in arms.
I'm working on a Geralt of Rivia build for Fallout, still trying to work on the backstory but I've got the SPECIAL and equipment set up.
Strength: 5 or 6
Perception: 1
Endurance: 3 or 4
Charisma: 3 or 4
Intelligence: 1
Agility: 9
Luck: 4 (+ SPECIAL book to get Idiot Savant)
Armor: Army Fatigues (+1 Strength, +1 Agility), Military Fatigues (+2 Agility) or Green Shirt and Combat Boots (+1 Charisma, +1 Endurance) with Leather Armor equipped.
Wen did the witcher use guns
+boris carvajal He doesn't use guns. He uses metal-projecting magic.
Or really tiny crossbows
+HALO20601 I feel if you want to be more serious about the build and create something similar to that "Steel for humans and silver for monsters" thing you should probably change the character type or background so it doesn't seem too similar to the actual character, maybe something similar like a ranger type of character that hates the war and it's creations (monsters)?
His perception should be higher because of his witcher senses
+Steve Allen The longer I played the build the more closer it became to a Ranger type of character, okay so the Geralt of Rivia build will be known as the Ranger.
I wanna see a gunslinger pistol only build.
Me too
+Ryan Lee They said a Gunslinger build would be the first one to be released next year.
+Ryan Lee Same, I was just gonna comment that too!
I think you should use his Diplomat Build
+Ryan Lee the Diplomat uses only pistols...
I personally love this build, but I would actually replace the unarmed with melee weapons just so you can have even more damage than usual
Exactly what I am doing. Nothing so far different from the build as all the perks for unarmed are there for melee weapons. Maybe change out and get a bit more blacksmith as you go for those upgrades but very similar.

This is one of my favorite builds, and the first build I used to complete Fallout 4. About to play it again, but I think that Big Leagues, instead of unarmed, would be more useful with this build. That way you can still use melee weapons (besides your fists) in the Power Armor.
Or all 3
I loved everything about this build except the furious power fist thing haha..if only Bethesda would allow us to use unarmed weapons inside power armor
Like the automatron DLC- theres a power fist like mod for a robots arm. It would be cool to see a mod like that for power armor
I never have wishes like that. When the enemy gets close to me, I tend to die.

Why not have him salvage some guns, but hey he would be kinda interesting to see how he'd actually react in a city
Miami and the Commonwealth are in the same East Coast Time Zone.

Sadly you can't hotkey unarmed and have to access the Pip-Boy every time you watch to dish out in close combat. What a pace-killer
This build is extremely fun, definitely worth the GRIND.
Bit late to the party, but it's the dumbest backstory ever...
Could someone please tell me why the furious power fist is the main melee weapon and you cant use it in power armor?
The power armor fist is too *thicc* for the power fist
@@brenobastos8620 *THICC BOI*
Because you couldnt put it on the power armor arm. Just look at them, one wouldnt fit with the other. Plus, its more the main melee weapon outside of power armor.
I use a ripper instead, fits the M.O of BOS by utilising and hoarding pre war tech
Cause Bethesda said so.
I love doing a fudgemuppet build every once in a while and this looks perfect.
YES! That would be awesome
+Brian Noland That sounds word for word like something FudgeMuppett - Elder scrolls & Fallout would do lol. Great job for the well thought out build.
+Brian Noland Holy shit, I was actually thinking of a build just like that. I know what I'm doing next time I play FO4. Thanks, man.
Marine or special forces???? Those two are far different from eachother.
Man, so much effort into these videos. He obviously wants to make people happy. Nothing but respect for him
Well since Codsworth can say the name Picard, i was thinking of a Starfleet Captain build; a Jean-luc Picard build.
Companions: Valentine would be his primary companion.
@@RJALEXANDER777 Dude that was absolutely jaw dropping. Brilliant breakdown of Jean-Luc in Fallout 4.
@@bolgar1965 Well thanks. I completely forgot that I wrote this. Role-playing as Picard would be pretty fun in this game.
8:25 teleporting radscorpion
+Nate Witecki lol
love your back story for the main character should probably write a book about it not gonna lie nice job
My favorite build for dishing brutality
Also great fallout 4 build I might try it
+Aaron Sanjose Thanks Aaron :)
Currently at lvl 14 with this build in my first FO4 play through, very fun and I'm a big fan of the BOS. Fun and perfect build, Ad Victoriam!
Grammaton Cleric please; Pistols/fists/light armour.
or just call it the gunslinger
+DLAlucard a brotherhood scribe build
“You can buy a Gatling Laser if you have enough caps around level 30” I dunno,... H20 Delirious got the Big Boy around level 18...
Better late than never :D
You can get a big boy as soon as you hit Lexington, just survive the guy who is wielding it, and you are good to go)
Thank you for all the tips. You guys definitely help make this game a lot more fun
you should really make an enclave build
A wastelander build plz!
hey
TheGamingNinja Sup,still fixing the XB1.
+Bradley Ekhodiahi k i just nearly killed paladin dansce cuz i thought he was an enemy
TheGamingNinja Don't worry he won't die unless he leaves cus of low approval.
+Bradley Ekhodiahi ahhh k
I swapped Unarmed for Melee because of Fallout 4’s obtuse decision not to allow you to equip “bare hands” via hotkeys like literally all the other 3D Fallout games have. Plus I consider the Super Sledge to be synonymous with BOS Paladins. Ad Victoriam!
i think im the only person who thinks this but shouldnt his name be the Sentinel because thats the highest rank you can achieve through the BOS story
+Zac van Adrichem Paladin is the most iconic and common Brotherhood rank.
+Invalid Salad The Wizard Most iconic, yes. Most common, no.
I probably shouldn't of put most common. I don't know what I was thinking.
i honestly thought this felt more like a knight than anything.
I dont understand the BOS ranking system, A sentinel is a guy who protects a spot
Some of this build makes no sense, The Brother Hood of Steel WANTS to preserve pre-war tech, not destroy it.
+Fallout Freak it wants to hoard all technology so that it cannot fall into the wrong hands and plunge the world deep into war with technology every again but they want to destroy the current technology like synths and super mutants that were created by experiments with radiation on the human body
Dillon Espe Yes I know that...
+teedonster2 not the fev that was the government
Started a play through of this last night. I’m addicted to fallout again.
make a silver shroud build
+bobjasperd tv please
+bobjasperd tv he just did today
i love the tri barrel minigun
It looks like MURICA! doesn't it?
+The TH-cam Phantom Official 'merica fuck yea
To bad you gave half of them to the middle east
The Fallout Fanatic Yeah, I agree on that one.
Well shit....
I guess ISIS just hijacked the plane/turck you were sending us the Miniguns with. xD
New to fallout. I started with you guys and skyrim. Now fallout 4 lol. I'm loving y oh r lore videos and BoS is personally awesome .
Hey guys think you could make some sort cannibal build?
+Ross Klar Definitely :)
+FudgeMuppet - Elder Scrolls & Fallout Cannibal Confirmed......
Sweet cheers guy FudgeMuppet - Elder Scrolls & Fallout
+FudgeMuppet - Elder Scrolls & Fallout why not a Barry the chopper build?
+Ross Klar like a hannable lectre build. smart but a fucking nut case cannibal lol
So mine is a little different in roleplaying
He hates supermutans and feral Gouls he doesn’t hate synths
Haven't bought fallout 4 yet, but this is my type of play style being big guns big boom, thanks
Can you make a Minutemen build?
Joins Brotherhood and hates tech, but takes Science! anyway. Makes absolute sense.
+Vavakx Nonexus
heres the logic in a simle story which is true by the way.
Thanks for the character build guide, this video is going to be very helpful
nice build and all but one glaring problem, I CAN'T find any ammo for my mini gun, even with both ranks of scrounger and no vendor sells all that much :(
Any big guns that have plentiful ammo?
Old comment but I'm having the same issue. According to the wiki they become more plentiful on vendors after level 24.
Yea it's the nature of the beast.
Hence why you should be using pain train and punching their heads off in the early game. You get about 1,000 5mm rounds from Ack-Ack and concord. After that it dries up.
I ended up using the flamer early game its works well after heavy gunner rank 3
Level 20 gatling laser. Though you may want to invest in charisma so you can get fusion cores down to a reasonable price.
I had the same issue, so i scrapped the build, started from scratch and switched to energy weapons since you can get the laser musket early on and use it until you acquire Righteous Authority.
I know enclave isn't in fallout 4 but can u do a build for they?
That
How would your character even no about the enclave?
They could have been like a really high ranking military person and help plan for it
I guess but would he join institute
+colin saichaeng (diamondcraft4life) Man I wanna see the Enclave in DLC so bad, what's the point in enclave radio if theres no Enclave?
If you are taking this past 50 investing stats to get the explosives expert perk maxed out is really fun! MIRV launcher makes the brotherhood proud.
I am currently at level 72 on this build and I have 20 Perk points to use... what do you guys thing I should put them on?
Aqua boy
+A Person Locksmith, Demolitions Expert, Toughness, pump a few more points into Perception (+5) and Charisma just to make life a little easier with the speech checks. Strong Back and Awareness (I think that's what the one that shows enemies weaknesses in VATS is called) would also be helpful as well. Strong Back especially as, even though all this armor has deep pocketed, this much gear is gonna be HEAVY.
+A Person Also forgot to mention you'll also want Scrapper if you like to build stuff and Robotics Expert 2 if you want to build robots.
Nordwhal-LS2 Thanks, but those two points I did use was on robo xD
How about a ghoul type of character?
Abomination, feral waiting to happen.
These are the best guides on youtube
Ad Victorium fellow brothers and sisters!
No were not from the institute but we blew it up, and blew up your airship and we are the only good guys of the commonwealth that took out your threat to it. -Minutemen General and Preston Garvey.
+Preston Garvey we took care of the synth menece once and for all and freed humanity from its greatest enemy, itself
-elder maxwell
+ronan mullan elder maxon*
Preston Garvey it further strengthens our cause and allows us to crush all who oppose including minutemen scum who just waste good supplies on hopeless little settlements!
Paden Conner well then your no true brother to the brotherhood
