Great footage, I’ve told my mom that she will have to watch this when she comes back, I’m not sure what side of the ship they were on to know how much of the fireworks they saw, I know she will love seeing the videos! Thank you for sharing!
I went over to Seacombe an hour before and managed to grab a space. Watching through binoculars was something else! But yeah like you say it was madness there!

A great finish to your Trilogy, Nick. Some great stills at the end to top it all off. I was fortunate enough to be in Long Beach, California to witness the Queen Mary 2 paying a visit to the Queen Mary in her permanent berth in 2006. That was pretty special but the Queen Anne visiting Liverpool is right up there.

Thanks for the magnificent footage Nick and getting up before dawn My wife and I must have went past you as we were at Wallasey town hall watching and I saw your drone My sister in law has forwarded these videos to her friends father who loves this area and ships but has been unwell with cancer and was made up as he couldn't get to see any of the events So you and your drone footage brings special pleasure to more people than you think Keep up the good work
We are in total awe and respect for your work and the quality of the coverage of the 3 days Queen Anne. Love love love your work. Outstanding and we really enjoyed being there with you and the drone. We have watched many times since the event.

We were at the show at the stage area with the music from Craig Charles and the fireworks going off, it was definitely a better view from the stage area with the music blasting , But a great view from the other side which you’ve shown.👍🙂🏴
Nice one Mr Drone and I think it looked better from our side anyway. Meanwhile another drone from our side showed a good display, spoilt it with a background of rubbish pop songs I’d never heard of, I binned it!
you could be a local lad im from birkenhead myself im a bridge driver for peel ports based at birkenhead docks i know the pilot who brought queen ann into the river the two reasons why the queen came off her berth was the for tide and naming cermonie an second was she got beached just off the cruiser terminal
Maybe would have been better if you had gone over to Liverpool you would have been able to get much better footage and you would have got that champagne shot … .👍👍👍👍
