Personally I wouldn’t recommend getting rid of the bulk because that is where the fiber is. I blend (rather than juice) celery stalks until very smooth and drink the whole lot. You aren’t getting rid of any nutrients that way. However if you do it this way you can’t store it you have to drink what you blend so I recommend smaller batches

You could drink after blending but it’ll be more of. Smoothie not a juice. If you don’t have a milk bag, use a metal strainer with the really small openings

I came here from Novak's interview. I love celery but the blended juice tastes a bit bland. I don't strain the pulp. Better to drink everything. There's no part of celery you don't eat either.

People claim that it’s good for weight loss and acne...I’m not sure there’s any “real” evidence to support that, but it does contain a lot of electrolytes, it’s low in carbs, and it’s delicious when juiced 😉

Eat celery. Fiber is good for you. You can eat celery with nut butter or smoke salmon cream cheese. I always find juicing wasteful

You're referring to bunches of celery as stalks. Bunches are made up of multiple stalks. You just juiced 2 large _bunches_ of celery.
