Great Video! I've been wanting to try one of the Celebrity Ships! I saw the Celebrity Beyond and it had the Magic Carpet thing on the side did this ship have the Magic Carpet?
Thank you so much for watching! 😃 Yes, Beyond is an Edge class ship, although we were a little underwhelmed by the Magic Carpet to be honest. It was a lovely spot to grab a drink with fantastic views, but only moves up and down the ship to act as a tender platform when the ship is stationary.
We did have the basic WiFi package included, but can't comment on it's quality, as we tend to switch off on board! Was the basic WiFi not included in your all-included fare? We found the beds extremely comfortable, but maybe it was more suited to our bed at home! Glad you liked the ship though 😃
What type of cabin did you get? One of the IV types? If so, what was your location, and how much did you like or dislike the whole window and chairs configuration?
We had a Deluxe Inside cabin, so can't comment on IV sadly! We were lucky enough to see inside a couple of the IV cabins, one on deck 10, and one on deck 8, though can't recall the configurations we're afraid!
Thanks for all of the information on the Celebrity Edge. It’s made me excited about my upcoming cruise, which will be my first with Celebrity. I had no idea it was such a beautiful ship. I’m interested to see how the Infinite Verandah works out. It won’t be too hot at our ports so it might be ok to have the window open and risk the air con switching off.

If it's not going to be warm in the ports you are visiting, from what we've seen, then you should be okay to have the window open, and no air-con should be needed to cool the room down. As evidently it can make the room feel quite hot in warmer climates if the window is open....

Hi guys! The little things make all the difference and Celebrity seem to get all the little things right!, although we also had a coupe of small gripes. We want to sail on Celebrity Beyond at some point but there is a chance we may sail to Alaska on Celebrity Edge if the price is right! We do like those French Caribbean Cocktails though!!! The little things certainly do make a difference, not something that we would necessarily have expected! We would love to sail on Beyond, but if we had the chance to cruise on Edge again - we would jump at it! Might be a long time away though, as you say, you need to find the right price! Celebrity Edge Series is superior because I love it and hate just about everybody and everything, especially in the Western Caribbean

Great ship BUT the basic wifi was appalling to use and just a plain ripoff. The beds were too firm for our liking.
