Just came off Virtuosa today, day after the woman tragically went over board last night at 2 am. The alarm and the man over board alerts were chilling to say the least.
This is very sad news to read 😞 Our best wishes and thoughts go out to their family. We could imagine the alerts and alarm would be extremely chilling to hear whilst onboard. Hope you enjoyed the rest of your cruise? We did see Virtuosa docked in Palma when we embarked Marella Voyager last Saturday.
I was on this ship last year when it called at La Rochelle, a destination I very much wanted to visit but the queues to go ashore were madness, clearly badly planned (or worse). Seem that MSC have yet to learn to do better.
Huge queues definitely are all around on this ship! Did you not manage to get off at all to see La Rochelle then? Unfortunately, we're not sure MSC will ever change the way they do things. Cramming as many passengers on the ship as they can seems to be the way they operate!
Great video. We are going on the Virtuosa next week, we have purchased entry to the two carousel shows, did you go and can you book time slot on app on e on board or do you have to go somewhere? Thanks
Thank you so much for watching! 😃 Lucky you! Where are you sailing to? We didn't see any of the Carousel productions, although we've heard they are supposed to be very good. As you've booked them in advance, you will be able to select the date and time once you're onboard. Not sure if this is via the app, or via one of the various stands that are set up around the ship. Your best bet is to try and sort it out as soon as you embark the ship to ensure you try and get your first choice of days / times. Hope this helps! 😃
@NamyDoesCruising thanks. 4 nights away to Ireland and back. We're on Royal Caribbean Independence next September on Spanish Flair cruise too, can't wait 😁
I just saw that low cut white dress. On these cruises, when they hand out the life preservers, do they skip Amy? Let’s face it, she’ll never drown!! 😂🤣
Virtuosa is definitely a large ship and MSC sure loves their parties! We saw people of all ages enjoying the fun onboard, but of course, what one person loves, another may not. It might be worth considering a different cruise line that could be a better fit for what you’re looking for 😃

Watched lots of adverts for you ❤
Thank you Irene! 😃 You're very kind, hopefully there shouldn't be as many next time. Still getting to grips with it! 😂
Nathan was brave .
He was indeed! It certainly pushed him outside of his comfort zone!

I’m loving the InBeteeners clip. I’m probably the only American who gets it.
That must mean you're an American with good British taste! 😂

We hope there wasn't too many! This is the first video we've uploaded since we've been monetised!
This is the funniest video by far since I subscribed. Well done.
