Clearly one of the best videos on Clickup and quite inspiring to use GTD. Newbie here on both, but it seems to be worth it.
You give a clear explanation with actual examples of how to use it.
This reduces the overwhelm to get started with this sort of tool full of features and options.
    Thanks!

this is the best video about gtd in clickup, if not the only good one. Thank you very much!

Tags can be assigned to a Doc in this way:
    1. Select the 'DOCS' menu item in sidebar menu.
    2. Then in the list of documents there is the standard ClickUp 'Tag' attribute.

Hi! I am setting up GTD in Clickup currently. This video is fantastic and I like how you use a folder for projects. But what do you think of using Goals for projects?

Can you use docs as an inbox to get thoughts out of head and have actionable ones flow easily into tasks in the app or do docs not easily convert to tasks without manually copy/paste?

      Check out this feature: docs.clickup.com/en/articles/2635965-convert-notes-to-tasks
In my opinion, if I had to choose between an easy way to capture thoughts and an easy way to process those items, I would always go with the first. Try different things out and see what works best for you!

Notion GTD or Clickup GTD, what's your pick?
I was thinking using Clickup for GTD and notion for everything else.

That sounds like a good idea. Notion is great for reference but it has no native task management functionality

These are great videos Lucas! Thank you so much. I'm curious at how you felt ClickUp compared to TickTick. Clickup looks more comprehensive on the note taking and formating, but I coudn't see the advantages TickTick had over Clickup - could you see any?

      Appreciate the kind words Philip!
As always it's personal preference. TickTick is more lean and quick for a personal productivity system. ClickUp is great but some might feel it has too many bells and whistles since it's not just built for personal productivity.

Fantastic video Lucas 👏🏽. Exactly what I was looking to do, and you've helped (I'll have to watch this again, but also wanted to note you should blur out that passport 🙀?!). Thanks for your GTD setup in ClickUp!!

Happy to hear it helped, Roxanne!
And don't worry, the passport is a fake stock image 😄
