Used to use Workflowy exclusively. Very powerful application and I recommend it all the time. I moved on, however, due to the lack of recurring tasks. Edit: Tana looks like it's very close to WorkFlowy functionality, so I'm excited to try that out eventually.

I've been using Dynalist for years, which is basically a free outliner very similar to Workflowy. I set up my version of a GTD system in Dynalist using this video as a guide. I will play around with things and tweak it to my needs, but I am very hopeful that this will stick. Thanks again. Cheers.

Workflowy is single mighty app, which may tackle all the complex note taking tasks. I am using it and it is working like an external brain map to you.

Hmm, I just created an account and it was just there. Maybe they're testing this on new accounts?
@@LucasPrigge I’ve been taking with the WorkFlowy team and it was accidentally a bug that has been sporadically adding it to new accounts and the developer on that is on vacation! Haha. We are trying to convince them to release it to beta so we can play.

Lucas do I need a computer to download this setup?
Nope, you can download it on any device as long as:
- it can unzip the file
- copy the code
- paste the code into WorkFlowy
But I do recommend importing it on desktop for the best experience.
What is the purpose of workflowy? How is it better than Apple Notes or Evernote? Where can a newby go to get the best tutorials for this product? Thanks!
