    Perfect... fantastic video...have been struggling to get my head around setting GTD up with ticktick...I have ADHD and have so much going on, its crippling. Turned to GTD recently and been trying to set it up simply...have used tick tick for years, and after trying other apps trying to find something seamless, went back to ticktick, hence why I'm at your epic video right now....Thanks so much, it's so appreciated, saved me so much stress and headache...will be implementing this today 👍

      How're you guys finding the app? Still using?
      Free or paid app you using? Not sure if my ADHD would betray my interest in the app in long term

    Thank you for this video, your explanation was very clear and helpful.
    I started to use TickTick couple of months ago but then dropped it due to lack of a structure (I was not even using tags or the smart list just creating task everyday) so it was a mess. Finally, I sat down with a lot of patience and watch you video so now I have a lot of things to categorize, organize, plan, etc.
    Once again! thank you!

    I feel like you're on the verge of booming as a YT channel. I'm going to make a few suggestions that may or may not be valid. #1 You could collaborate with another YT channel that's in either the ADHD or productivity space. #2 You could collaborate with a clinician or ADHD coach and bring their ideas/opinions into your content using an interview or a video you work on together. #3 Spice up the thumbnails a bit. The current design is great but has been used for a while #4 Tap into a different, but related, subject area. What drives you to become proficient with all these app? What kind of work do you do that motivates you to be organized? What has your journey looked like in becoming more productive?

    Any suggestions for someone who owns/runs multiple businesses as well as has a full time job? Should I have a Project for each business, my job, and personal? How would you recommend splitting this up? Lists? Projects? Tags?

    • @LucasPrigge
      @LucasPrigge  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Those are all different areas of focus. Personally I have separate lists for different areas of focus and projects nested within them, though others might prefer only separate lists for project and tagging areas of focus instead. As long as you tag every action with their context and go by that when engaging, it will work!

  • @rob28459
    @rob28459 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Do you have any idea how to organize relation between action and persons? Like waiting for Jennifer Rush.
    I ask because tags aren't allowed to contain spaces. :-/

    • @LucasPrigge
      @LucasPrigge  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Try to use a separator like (-) or (_) if you want to include full names. Alternatively you could create separate lists for persons with their associated [agenda] and [waitingfor] tagged items within them.

    • @TheZippyMark
      @TheZippyMark 5 วันที่ผ่านมา

      There really needs to be a 'make tasklist sequential' though, because a big list with every item needing to be done on order is a faff, unless I'm missing something. I think you mention this in your things you don't like about it vid, it seems like such an oversight
