WoW..!!! 🤯💯👍🏽 That's an *"Excellent Design Improvement..!!!"* 😎 Is this varient also available for purchase? Or is this a development prototype for a future product offering..??? 🤔👌🏾 Thanks.
It will be available soon. I currently sell a 2DOF kit and an upgrade package to the 3DOF kit will be available. Free worldwide shipping. Mantis-simulators.co.uk
This looks amazing. Will this work with any VR headset? I'm wondering if the VR system will get confused by the motion and think that your head is moving relative to the car.
You'll get the best experience in VR. When using monitors the immersion is broken if you are able to see any of the room around you. And you are correct, a method of cancelling the VR headset motion is critical to a good experience. Please see my video here on the subject th-cam.com/video/tTWtq6f2oOg/w-d-xo.htmlsi=NT-nWgxj-1pHN34k
IMO heave is more beneficial and increases immersion by simulating the compression of the suspension. For me, tracktion loss isn't required, as you can often feel this through the wheel and through some sway movement. Also, the sim needs to recenter with traction loss, which can lead to the user recieving false motion cues and a disconnect from the experience
Yeah, when you sit in it it seems to be doing good job with those wormgears. I really like the design - it’s very compact and price is reasonable. Good job! 🫡👊
Damn that looks nice !
Just wondering, what worm gears are you using? supplier name or motor specs. Thanks! Otherwise great compact design.
Looking awesome, great job! Any chance on sharing data on how to build this? I have no idea where to start.
Thanks, this will eventually be available to buy as a kit
Hola Que tal como puedo comprar la programación Que lleva él arduino y las conexiones ?
@@mikeyearly 3d printer is already warmed up ;) great job
Would order one any time.
Looks good - What T slot did you use to do this? Did you overbuild or try to use the minimum safe amount?
Hey. Awesome job. Is this an open design? What motors and reduction gear are you using?
Nice! Those poor worm drives are like, please don't eat a big lunch...

brother last question,, How many RPM?
helloo bro,, how many watts is your motor? thankyou for reply
400w
@@mikeyearly thankyou so much bro
But this 3DOF version doesn't really serve the yaw, doesn't it?
Roll, pitch and heave
@@mikeyearly Do you have a specific reason, why you chose heave above yaw?
@@sylvan7524yeah I question that too
