    Guided meditations for anxiety and OCD from Buddhism guide
    Whenever you blindly follow each and every thought that arises it is easy to become stressed, anxious or even obsessive. This beautifully crafted meditation gently guides you through a process of seeing your thoughts like a flowing river. By letting your thoughts come and go naturally you are able to simply observe the thoughts and not get tangled up in them. This takes the pressure off of your mind and allows you to relax and untangle from obsessive thoughts.

    Mr. Yeshe Rabgye, I remember how your meditation was the only thing that helped me cope during my worse OCD moments. I use it now again and still is helpful for my constant rumination. Hope you can create more meditation videos for OCD warriors like me. Thank you.

    This was amazing!! I literally was falling a asleep in the middle and I loved the way you told us to envision the stream of our thoughts going away. It felt SO REAL. I imagined it so deep that I guess it caught me and I started rocking back and forth😅 I am so grateful to have come across this. I’m so Doing this everyday. Thank you so much for this!!

    Thank you, I needed this. I am working hard with my doctor to continue a regime for my mental health, and I use Headspace mainly for improving living in the present moment. However, your calm and relax strategy and your soothing voice ended up reducing the volume of the thoughts and reduced my anxiety from a 8 to a 5. ❤

    I have bad contamination OCD and listening to this has hopefully helped me realise what will acting on my compulsions do. Stop thinking of scenarios of what if.
    This is hopefully the start to a long long road of mental recovery.
    Thank you for making this video.

    I struggle alot with intrusive thoughts. Stuff like I'm a horrible person, etc. My mom and I don't exactly have an amazing relationship, infact; she is literally the only person I interact with everyday. I don't hear "you're beautiful" or any uplifting messages from her. It's really difficult sometimes, I find myself wanting her to validate me often. I call my dad but it's not really the same - I try but I never want to burden him at all, after all. I'm 22, I'm supposed to be grown as hell. But anyways, my mom hits me with negative stuff all the time. I realize how important actively healing is, but I never actually get around to it. Whether it's motivation or whatever, I just struggle alot with actually getting into a healing mode, writing, journalling, and exercising. I often fall into negative habits as well, especially how I talk to myself. I don't see my self worth at all, and this can be really challenging. Especially when I step out into society. I don't realize what a great person I am - the point I'm making is that all these lower vibrations inhibit me alot.. For me, it's really important to have a great relationship with self. I spent like 9 minutes typing this out lol it's really long, sorry, but I had to get it out there.

      Self- compassion is the key to supporting ourselves. We all have that inner voice telling us negative things, but we don't need to believe that voice. We need to start a more supportive and positive conversation in our heads. Each time you catch that negative voice, drown it out with a positive one. This takes time but it is achievable. Remember, you deserve love and appreciation, just like everyone else. Constantly keep telling yourself that. You don't need other people's approval - even your mothers. The more you change your inner voice, the more confident you will become. So, your personal mantra should be, 'I deserve love and appreciation, just like everyone else.' Keep telling this to yourself.

    hello!Thank you so much for your video🖤I have one question and I would be so glad if you could answer me and give a mental relief.I have an OCD and besides of all of these good thoughts,obsessive intrusive thoughts are just keep rushing through my head to the point where I can’t go to sleep without headaches,they are not only annoying but also very tiring and I can’t stop them😣 .I have a deep fear that they can manifest because as I understand thoughts create emotions and emotions create vibration.I have checked numerous websites but I just would love to hear your words and thoughts about this topic🖤

    • @YesheRabgye
      @YesheRabgye  3 ปีที่แล้ว +11

      Thank you for your comment. I think it would be good for you to remember that thoughts and emotions only exist in one place, and that is inside your head. They do not exist in the outside world. What affects the outside world are your actions; how you react and respond to the thoughts and emotions. Just focus on dealing, in the best way you can, with your thoughts, and don't add to your challenges by worrying about vibrations. I hope this helps 🙏
