Just a question... What is your lifestyle outside meditation? I wish I could forget this life, this society, go in a mountain and just meditate, I have days when I feel I lived enough, I just want to be solitary and be in peace. I don't want material life, I don't wanna have goals, I don't want to accomplish things, I just want to eat bare minimum, love animals and nature and have peace, silence and solitude.
Hello. I’m wondering if you have an answer to what may appear to be an unbelievable question: how can someone deal with supernatural attacks? I have yet to find a way to deal with what I can only describe as a hungry ghost like presence, and it is unwilling to leave. I’ve tried kindness, offerings, prayer, and many other things. I can’t meditate because it or they take advantage of their ability to disrupt my attempts. Thank you.
Dear Moisty, Yes you can take a break in between. This interval practice is another way to increase your mindfulness energy and to extend the duration of your sessions. You can experience what benefits it brings you. Keep practicing and stay mindful 🙏

Same feeling but my husband my family his family society drags me back to the society itself. Which I don't like .
Then just go move to the mountains somewhere, build a house, with a farm, and do just that.

Why is there a break. When alone do I also take a 5 minute break between sessions???
