As someone who has just returned to air rifles after far too many years, I would like to say thanks for the entertaining yet informative videos. Cheers and Merry Christmas to you and the team.
I had one just like that 10 years ago. Except it was a break open barrel. Just like a double barrel shotgun. A few years later, I gave it to my brother.
It's probably worth mentioning that there are a couple of types of CO2 canister. The ones I get are ASG and Umarex. The ASG ones are ever so slightly bigger than the Umarex ones which means that the grips don't quite fit back on every gun after installing the cartridge. Stick to the Umarex ones and you'll be fine.
@@adammx9334 He is referring to the allen wrench at the base of the cover you take off to get to the co2 chamber, that way you don't need to carry a tool around with the gun. I just bought this exact model a couple weeks ago and didn't even notice it at first, once I had to replace the cartridge it dawned on me that it had a built in tool.
I picked up one yesterday you are right about the fouling with unseated pellets I haven't tried BB's, yet another great video Giles keep them coming. Happy Christmas everyone.
comes with the tool you can see it when he takes the grip apart it does not come with co2 but i just got 5 catriges for 3 bucks so thats not rly a big deal its a great bb gun, works well and looks like the real thing love it!
Any idea how this compares to the system of the Broadax? Hammer sounds similar, and the loading seems similar. Also, do you know if getting pellet mags is a U.K. thing? The only revolver I've seen like this comes with bb magazines (I think), which seem to be the same, again, as the Broadax. Some clarification would be appreciated.
Mine didn’t come with one for pellets only the plastic cylinders for bbs, can anyone help me? Can I order one or something? Please help me out if you can
I commented before reading posts. I assume you are commenting from America. Did your gun come with the pellet magazines or just the bb ones? I ask because I have a Broadax revolver; the mags seem similar, as does the hammer. But if this fires pellets, maybe the abroadax does too, and maybe it's worth investing in anyway. Thanks.
Ofcourse there is a difference, pellets are going much faster. I have a Colt Python 2.5 CO2, it's a nice toy and use only pellets, accuracy and velocity much better...
Nice! Enjoying the videos. Could you recommend a good pair of shooting/plinking glasses? Also could you review some accessories in the future like pistol holsters, laser/lights sight etc
sorry for my english, but the clip dont-in-line with barrel after a few shoots or if the gun is move with fast movements? (like revolver vigilante), i want buy one of them here in Chile but i want a revolver who dont have this problem (i have a crosman vigilante, and have this problem)
Hi Giles, luv your reviews. At the start you say this pistol has to have plastic grips due to the C02 ? Why is that please. My CP88 has lovely walnut grips - is that a potential problem ?
Paul Doyle A little late on the reply but I’m not sure there’s a reason they need to be plastic. My 1911 Co2 pistol has wood grips and is working fine👍
Nice video glad i saw this. I like it and its definately a western fan's style! But for me im more swayed toward an all metal one for lasting a lifetime if possible. I think its honestly a very useful and practical thing to take hiking and legal :D my main problem is i prefer revolvers but i also need a decent FPS to be able to humanely take down a wood pigeon or two for food in while camping. Any suggestions?
Fun fact the little metal piece that looks like an Allen wrench on the cover… is, so u can use it if u don’t have the right size allen wrench

The English accent is just easier for me to take than a lot of US videos, and I am from the US
My hammer doeant even stay down anymore, so no single action shooting😔 i wish i knew how to fix it.
I love the brodax
Just bought one 2 days ago and it’s awesome with a red dot, super accurate around 5-10 meters depending how fresh the co2 is.

Is it legal in the UK
@@NorahCIIV not sure probably . im in California
Just ordered one in 2.5" it was on sale for $49 usd. Can't wait to shoot it over the holiday break!
I wonder if the magazine for the pellets will work in the tornado
It works. They fit exactly and fire normally
/B6qQnH3mRFc I could find it only in German though.
I was thinking about getting this gun but didn’t get enough help so this video would a to go before buying this on Amazon or somewhere.👍
I just got one and the 2 extra ones came in plastic?? What the heck
All 3 plastic in Hawaii 😢
Does it come with the co2 cartrage and the tightener?
no 🥴just got it i love it
Yes comes with allen keybit built in, i advise just keeping an allen key with it
comes with the tool you can see it when he takes the grip apart it does not come with co2 but i just got 5 catriges for 3 bucks so thats not rly a big deal its a great bb gun, works well and looks like the real thing love it!
Ofc not CO2but even if it dident have a tightener I got the Umarex Colt SAA Peacemaker it has an installed one
Where do you buy the pellets
Quick question do u need the co2 oil in order to put cartridge in

Hello… I’m struggling to find information online… do I need a licence for this gun in the uk? Just want to shoot targets. Thanks
Can you do an disassembly and reassembly for this
Thanks the video is very helpful 👍
You didn't mention that the tool for tightening co2 is in the cover of the grip
'cause he didn't know it was there.
Mine didn’t come with one for pellets only the plastic cylinders for bbs, can anyone help me? Can I order one or something? Please help me out if you can
just got one for 45 bucks at academy great looking and preforming air gun!

7 years later just shooting BBs,still working…
Do the pellets and bbs have a different velocity?
Ofcourse there is a difference, pellets are going much faster. I have a Colt Python 2.5 CO2, it's a nice toy and use only pellets, accuracy and velocity much better...
Not true. Bb go faster but pellets more precise
YOU KNOW WHAT? I WANT MORE GUN REVIEWS FROM YOU
The Greatest Gun ever!! I have the same one!! 💚🙏😎💪💚
What was that screwdriver thing you used to tighten the Co2?
it was a allen rench
Found this at academy for 35 dollars. Thought it was an airport gun for a price like that. About to try this out soon

Will this take crossman fast flight penetrators or are those too long for it to fit in the magazine?
For some reason I can buy and ship the brodax to my address but can't buy and ship the python when using Amazon. I can do it on eBay, though.
Does the cover for the pistol grip get loose over time?
No its tight, very well made
Any idea where spares can be bought to? Need the co2 housing, the part with the allen key snapped from the rest of the metal housing.
Can shoot H&N hornet pellets with that magazine? Or wont fint because the pellets are too large? Thankkkkk
does it come with both plastic and metal magazines???? pls answer it would be helpful
Would you recommend this to air-pistol pellet birdhvnt?
Mine did not come with a metal magazine 😢.
I use Vaseline to hold the BB's in
Hello ..I have a colt single action army ...it's the BB.version ..but it shoots lead pellets even better ...so why bother with balls that bounce. .?
Placing the c02 Cartridges is a video all on its own
Can those pellets kill someone potentially?

This is a UK review and in the UK it is registered as an air weapon, not an Airsoft gun.
