Sorry, I have not. I can tell you that the winning spot was down on the south end near all the trees. But this was also 8 months ago. I would recommend finding open holes out in the middle and flipping your confidence bait into them.

I agree 💯 I just ordered more of there casting style jig. I'm going to drop a new video soon. I caught 3 4-5lb bass on it. Hook sets were perfect and they ate it like they hadn't ate all day!

I believe it. But on the other hand. If we are measuring performance at a Low Price Point. It's holding up and working well for the price of 1 high-quality SLA battery.

@@JesseMcMillanFishing - Yeah, it's great battery, for sure...they typically deliver way more power than you'll use in a full day of fishing. You can often get two full days. Another bonus is when you do need to charge them up, they do so much faster than any lead-acid chemistry. Anyone buying new batteries for their trolling motor application (or electronics, for that matter) would be money ahead to avoid any lead-acid batteries. Leave those for cranking over the big motor, which is the one place they still have an advantage over LFP.

@jasonbroom7147 I agree 100%. I deal with lithium at my shop on golf carts. I try to sell lithium over SLA because of the benefits. Not to mention, there cheaper then they were 2 years ago and alot better.

I'm down in Central Florida between Tampa and Orlando. No, I have not. Im sure it would make for a great weedles presentation. I'm just not sure how I would rig it. Maybe an EWG hook, sorta like fishing a Fluke? I do know this makes for a great chatterbait trailer as well. I would need to rig this weight less on an EWG to see how it performs to consider it. Maybe I'll experiment with it, and if I find something, I'll be sure to make a video. Thanks for watching!

@@JesseMcMillanFishing how does wind affect your ability to fish this lure?

@randybuchanan2110 the wind doesn't affect it much. The only concerns I see would be if it muddied the water. I use a 1/4 ounce VMC jig head, so casting isn't a problem.

@@JesseMcMillanFishing all good 👍 i’m about to buy my first boat so I’ve been watching all of the trolling motor videos about batteries I can find. But I am mainly going to be trolling for catfish which will require constant use of the battery. Just trying to make a good decision.

@xSteve1983x Depending on your setup. If you're running a 12v trolling motor, then I would look at more than 1 and run them parallel. If it helps, I'm going to be reviewing another Lithium 12v battery. RoyPow Lithium. I sell RoyPow Lithium for golf carts, and they finally reached back out to me to let me use and abuse there 12V 100AH battery. I purchased LI-TIME and have been happy with it. But will give an honest review on the RoyPow after using it. Thanks for the support and good luck 👍

Slight correction on your assumption; that motor will draw 50 amps going from a dead stop to whatever speed it can attain in the given wind/current conditions, but once the motor is "spun up", if you put a clamp meter on your main positive, you'll find it drops down to about 35 amps for sustained draw. I was very surprised when I found that out.

That's a great deal, Tactical is super strong. It's a little big but strong
