I'm even more surprised. I've seen a few comparison YT videos of various jumpers that includes this Noco and, it was the only one that failed to even rotate their engines. The Audew brand seems to be the best but I can't get them in the UK.
It depends on the engine size. Many people are using the GB40 for an engine that's too big for it. If you have a anywhere close to a 6L petrol or 3L diesel it's safer to go with the GB70 as that's at the very max of what the GB40 can do and the conditions would have to be ideal for it to jump engines at the max end

did you press override button before cranking?
