The only emmisions upgrade that works is a weight reduction of all fugging emmisions on these vehicles.
This sounds like a great idea and a smart product! Good to know it's supposedly a long service interval. What I think Spencer forgot to touch on is how simple that service actually is to perform and exactly what that involves. That's the crucial point for me at least.

Makes sense to filter all the crud that's being circulated back into the engine due to the EGR system. I'm hoping the RAM product comes out soon, I'd be willing to try an EGR filter before having to go the "offroad route" to avoid fighting over emissions. My truck isn't new, but anything that helps with the reliability that all these EPA mandated emissions crap components have hurt would be welcome.

Just looked at the fass website about this. Great product, hopefully in the near future they can make one for the 2.8L baby max. I have a 22 Colorado with the baby max in it . Want to keep it “legal” per se. but this would be great to have to help the reliability of a diesel truck. Great pod cast by the way

cat had cgi clean gas injection where they pulled egr gas from behind the dpf free of all the particulate mater to bad the rest of their emission system was bad . never could understand why the other manufactures never pick it up after cat threw in the towl in 2010 when they got out of the on highway engines. just makes so much sense to filter the exhaust gas before sending it back in the engine.
I know they weren't very common, or currently produced anymore. But some love for the LH7 would be nice. In case no one knows, that was offered in the 2018 - 2019 Chevy Equinox and GMC Terrain, as well as the 2017 to 2019 Chevy Cruze. Great engine, amazing fuel economy, just hampered by emissions garbage. I own 2, both model years of the Equinox. Already had EGR issues on the 2019, suspect the previous owner used bio-diesel. The 2018 has been good so far, we bought that one brand new and have never run bio in it.
What is a projected time frame for the release for the Cummins 6.7?
This mean and I can put my EGR system back on my 2008 dodge ram with a 6.7 Cummins and will it will work with the compound turbo and then I can put a glass pack back on it on the exhaust.
Pittsburg Power use to make a product called Dorothy Tornadic EGR Cleaner for clas 8 trucks. I don’t know if they still make it or use it anymore.
I'll buy this on day one when available for the 6.7 Cummins.

If they work on the 17-19’ 6.7 power strokes I would assume they would work through the 2024’s also. I just bought a new truck and would love to protect it for long term.

CAT actually came up with an idea like this it was called CLEAN GAS Injection CGI pulled exhaust after the DPF for egr worked pretty good actually

Have you heard of ducted fuel injection by sandia technologies?
Why hasn't GMC, Ford and Ram developed something like this? They know there are major issues with the systems as they are designed now.

This is perfect for someone like me who actually LIKES his EGR. People act like there are no benefits at all. But it’s nice to load my kids in/out of the idling truck without dealing with the fumes. My other truck is deleted and sometimes I have to roll the windows down to air it out when we get going.
This device is best of both worlds, but will it ever break after years of heat cycles and vibration?
