It’s not the OEM’s, it’s the EPA mandating it. This filter is a joke and will not self clean. If a DPF needs fuel injected into it to help burn off how does this filter self clean at 600 degrees.

how do you clean it
Great question and this is a self-cleaning system. As the engine warms up, once egts hit about 600 degrees the EGR filter will burn all the particulate out of the filter before it enters the cooler.

2016 Super Duty… only 73,000 miles..What if anything can your product do , and is the 2017 version that different??
Appreciate you asking, and yes the fitment from a 16 to a 17 is quite different as that was a refresh year for the F-series trucks.
Well, I hope your current versions are a success because I plan on keeping my 2016 for the balance of my life..
Hopefully something can be done for my model and year ..
