FyI...you can Google and find the service manual online for free. First of all you NEVER LET THE CYLINDER FILL WITH FUEL! You are supposed to drain the head by releasing the return check valve and draining it. The other thing you missed was the other carbon seal on the tip of the injector, this was an update to improve sealing and are a one time use. Each injector used 4 peices to seal it.

All injectors are set at 07 and she purrs most of the time. #5 sputters sometimes, still a mystery, new injector. Could be ecm sodder points or wiring
