I have a 12.7 detroit 60 series and when It's a columbia 2012. I have intermittent idle issues. It will sometimes loop at start up but most of the time the engine will start looping at idle but when you press the pedal it stops and then it does not happen again until the truck is shut off and started the next day. We changed the TPS, software, ecm, truck had a complete inframe overhaul about 30,000 miles. I have taken it to multiple mechanics and they have not found the issue. They have hooked up to the computer and still not able to find anything. Your thoughts???

How do they little tips go on the injector? Those carbon seals

Clean the injector cup, drop it in the hole, position it angle side face down and centered with small flathead. Lower injector centered, carefully and slowly down.
