Synopsis: Albert Szabo moved to Australia in the 1980s following the death of his parents. In the 1990s however, following the collapse of communism in Eastern Europe, Szabo returned to his native Hungary to found The World Nation People's Rule Party, a far-right fascist political party. While the party and its leader have been denied a platform, following a court charge of denying the holocaust, the problem of fascism and antisemitism is far from over. ABC talks to leaders and members of the Jewish community, as well as Szabo himself, in its investigation of the rise of fascism in 90s Hungary.

@wagner1va I hold no grudge against Hungarians, most hungarians I've personally known are good people. So, indeed, we need to set aside our past and focus on the present. Europe for Europeans.
Hungarians and Romanians should not be in a bad relationship... we know each other and suffered enough from the nazis and commies. We should live in peace, after all we are civilized people.

There is nothing wrong with intolerance, in itself: whether it is good or bad, depends on what is not being tolerated. Dentists are not very tolerant of tooth decay - surely rightly. People tend not to be tolerant of murder, fraud, fire-raising, or rape - again, surely rightly.

If you srbin you know the Jobbik is not a real far-right party. The jobbik is opportunist like Aleksandar Vucic and Tomislav Nikolic. Aco and Toma in 90s are the followers of Vojo the chetnik vojvoda but later become european liberals in Srpska napredna stranka.

Fascism is also considered by some to be far left not far right. Right wing is mostly ultra nationalist, religious and fundamentalists. Right wingers are for small government but big religious life whereas left wingers are for big government and anti religion usually undemocratic whether it's Communism, Fascism or National Socialism. It could be said that Communism and Fascism are two sides of the same coin.
