Germany has worked hard at what they call "Vergangenheitsbewaeltigung", or overcoming the past.
There are strict laws against hate crimes. And yet the city of Chemnitz saw mass rallies with neo-Nazi overtones in August and last week there were similar but smaller marches in Koethen.
What's more, the anti-immigrant AFD is now the official opposition party in the Bundestag with 92 MPs. They deny any links with extremists but we spoke to one extreme right-wing leader who believes it opens doors to his kind of views.
Channel 4 News asked the AFD for an interview but they were unable to provide anyone. The AFD are adamant that they have nothing to do with right wing extremists or neo nazis.
But Chancellor Merkel and her social democrat coalition partners have been very outspoken in their criticism of the kind of anti immigrant language used by the AFD. The next big test for AFD will be regional elections in Bavaria where the AFD is snapping at the heels of the ruling CSU.
This film shows the extent to which fringe figures now feel they can speak out and also the public following they are gaining.

If I leave my country to live in another, I couldn't even imagining disrespecting the locals and their culture. You only go to a different country if you are willing to adapt to their culture, respect them, and be a productive part of the country. If you are so adamant that you want to start imposing your own culture and law on the locals, you don't deserve to live there, go back to your country. No hate to anyone, but don't bite the hand that feeds you, if I were to go and live in Germany, I would happily accept their culture and willingly integrate into the society, learn more about the people, culture and life, after all that's why you go to another country.... Non sense, each country has variety of cultures, ideologies, viewpoints, forms to be. Now imagine each individual, all you wrote are stuff they tell you from the day you are a kid to the day you stop minding non sense written to control you. There are many reasons to go other countries, beginning with state destability to economic reason or fear of your life. Neither you country cares about you individual nor your brother, your mother or your Nazi friend nor your life long competitor. Even the supposed genetic similar peoples group the right wing speaks about is non sense. They want you for their stupid goals, to make you hurt others so they can feel powerful. You will change according to the culture and people you interact up with and according to the personality you are, it is just algorithms you learned, patterns that were forced into you by yourself or by society. You could force yourself into society, but it will have its prize maybe you will stop to be what you are to be something you are not. It is easy to write you will do this and this, but at the end it is not in your control, it is in the way you are. Maybe you do everything to integrate yourself into that society, but at the end you will never be part of that society because there is something about you or in you that directs you into the abyss of what others want or are. You will bite the hand that feeds you because you must, be it out of boredom, out of inferiority, out of overeating, etc.
If you want to integrate you need to give up your identity to fit into the group, how much is the question.

Immigration has been been planned for decades by the elite class in Europe to break down cultural and racial homogeneity in European nations so that the public accept the formation of a federal state. Of course nobody ever states the obvious: That the Barcelona Declaration made back in 1995 (which went active in 2010, just before, coincidentally of course, the immigration crisis began) specifically states that European nations will integrate North Africans and Arabs into Europe presumably with the goal of creating a Eurasian state that spreads around the whole Mediterranean. Like what happened with the EU, the goal will be to tip-toe slowly towards economic union and eventual political union.
The economy argument for immigration is a joke by the way. The extra cost in housing, health care and policing is phenomenal and the only reason why companies support it is because it suppresses wages. It has few positives besides "muh kebab" for the majority. And even if it was good for the economy, there are more important things in this world than wealth for the sake of wealth. Like food security. Or actually protecting wildlife and not concreting over everything.
As someone from India, I can understand why people would feel this way. Someone can make a case that America is a nation of immigrants but Germany and France are ancient nations with their own history and culture and they are not nations of immigrants.
So whoever goes to these countries should completely respect European culture and traditions and not challenge or threaten it in anyway or form. Maybe EU can adopt the model which UAE has where people get to stay and work in the country but no one gets citizenship. You make up money, enjoy the country's culture and contribute to the country's economy but eventually once work is done, you go back home.
