It is astounding how unprepared doctors are for menopausal women. I had to the put the pieces together for myself that neither my gynecologist nor my urologist were able to work out. It’s like they’re just going through the motions (and an hour + behind schedule, even for an 8am appointment).
I completely understand... It's so disappointing when healthcare professionals fall short in addressing important issues like menopause. Fortunately, there are professionals like Dr. Mary Claire Haver to help us not feel alone in this journey! 🥰
