Hi I have limited knowledge here. I did see form for foriegn national who are resident in India. The best would be to walk into any Indian bank entity where you stay(SBI or ICICI has branch in Mississauga) and. Ask this question

Hi you need to have roots to India.
1. Either born as Indian or parents who are Indian or Grandparents or married to Indian spouse. Do you meet any criteria?
