- In this video, I will be demonstrating the basics of using a power pad for boxing training. It's a great tool for boxers looking to improve their hand speed, power, and timing. If you don't have access to a heavy bag or don't want to take shots to the body with a partner, I would highly recommend adding one of these into your routine. You'll learn why, when and how to properly use a power pad as well as some of the different ways you can utilize it.
