On the first combo you emphasize on turning your hips and extending the trainer's backhand cross, yet when you do the combo in full speed you don't turn your hips and extend the slipped straight at all. Good combo tho, just a little mix message.

What I specifically was confused about was the angles used in body hook and upper cut looks same to me ... or is it not ? Should the upper cut be swinging in a bottom-up approach and the body hook be swinging from more like 45 degree angle ?

thx for the feedback, when working for speed rotation does tend to get compromised a bit

That first one is the upper cut meant to be under the arm pit because when he slips you your body is very open
on this vid it’s a lead uppercut to the head but a body shot there would definitely work too
