Thank you! I love my old washing machine and have used repair clinic a few times. My husband is not computer literate so we make a great team when we need to do repairs.
I just spent the last four hours cleaning out and disconnecting tubes, reconnecting them and waiting in complete suspense to see if my washer was gonna worked ... and it did. I thank you so much RepairClinic, you guys are so helpful, thank you.
I have to thank you for this video. I am a woman who lives with a man who's not mechanically inclined so I try to fix things myself a lot. Although i was unable to get the hose assembly off I made some adjustments fixing the issue for now and with your great video was able to put the washer back together. Thank you. If it weren't for this video we would be on our 4th washer in 10 years.
Thank you for this video! It has saved my wife and I twice now! It was just a kink in the hose both times, so an easy fix once the washer was apart. If we ever need parts, we're ordering from you guys!
wow!!!! you just saved me alot of money, this was so easy to understand and when you have professional come in and do this, they charge you a freakin' fortune thanks for posting this video, it was very helpful.
I would guess either the selector switch or the cold water solenoid. I would suggest heading to the repair help section of our website and seeing if you can get some ideas from there. If that doesn't help you there are many reputable DIY blogs and forums out there that should be able to help you out.
Is there an external drain hose that goes with this? My drainage hose has been chewed. The last two times it has been repaired it was one hose that went inside and came out the back. Am I missing something? I am trying to repair on my own.
Did you purchase the pump from us? I would suggest calling our customer service line (1-800-269-2609) and explaining the situation to them. They'll be able to quickly figure out what you need. Please feel free to comment again so we know you got everything worked out.
