Just slide it off...mine did not just slide off. I had to tear mine apart to tap the shaft out then use a use a dowel to tap the drive block out of the outer tub. Then I had to use a happier to tap the drive block from the under side. Fun stuff. lol

Noticed you placed the cam follower opposite of the spring on the new tube. It was not opposite the spring on the old one. Does it really matter? Did the old one just happen to be near the spring according to its location when the machine was turned off?

Could you provide the part number for the seal? Having issues with the clutch due to water seeping into it.

Does the pump running all the time when the motor is running? seem like motor have 1 shaft that drive the agitation/spin and the pump at the same time.

I have never been able to find the purpose of those plastic things that hold a pin inside. What they actually do. You can see the two here one is at about 7 o'clock position and the other about 2 o'clock position. They clip on the side of the frame triangle. What in the world are they and what do they do? Most have two like this one. Some have three of them.

They are pins from manufacture, when the maxhine was brand new those pins held the base plate and float plates together so that the plastic tub could not slip and crack during transit. Whenever the forst person hooked it up for the forst time the was a string they pulled that dropped all 3 pins out into those cups. Now they have shipping bolts that lock the tub in place.

Need help... I did the clutch repair on a LSR7010pq1. The center shaft was corroded and would not come out. Took a lot of effort, hammering and time but I got it out. I removed the inner spin basket thinking it would help me get the shaft out. Wrong.
The drive block is stuck in the basket and no amount of hammering with a 4lb mallet will set it free. Replaced clutch and reassembled without issue. The drive block was very difficult to tighten and get it to lock on the shaft. But I got it tight. Now when empty, Low spin is fine but in high spin it goes violently out of balance.
I checked the suspension components and they are all in tact. The Spin basket remained attached to the shaft after several tests.
Not sure what went wrong. I think it is related to the drive block or the basket. What confuses me is that it is fine on low spin.
I am going to run it without the Spin basket to see what happens.
Any Ideas what my problem is ?

The machine leaked into the outer the drive shaft, the only thing you can do is replace the entire wash tub and spin tube assembly (outer plastic not inner ceramic) or replace the machine
