    Don't provide data to apps like fingerprint scanners.

    Samsung also has Samsung Dex! It's only available to Samsung flagship phones, but it's really cool. It can wired/wirelessly project the phone to the computer. You can run pretty much any android app or game and project it to your computer. It works so much better than phone link, also phone link is better for productivity purposes.

    • @Gerton999
      @Gerton999 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @coppulor6500 alright, perhaps I didn't write this comment with the best of grammar. What I mean is Phone Link is more or less geared towards productivity while Samsung Dex is a do-it-all application. It's almost like comparing Windows to MacOS. If all you care about is productivity, then yeah, MacOS is your pick. If you want both productivity and gaming, you lean towards Windows. This was my thought process when posting that comment 11 months ago. I hope that cleared things up.

      @@Gerton999got it 👍. I'm a newb with the transfer stuff. Every time I explore the topic, I get discouraged, then annoyed that this isnt a free and reliable feature with android and PC. It must be rocket surgery 🥲
      Sofa king annoying!!!! I have a windows 7 PC, windows 8.1 and my woman's lappy was upgraded to windows 10. So, I guess I'll just try DEX with her lappy since I'm guessing it doesnt work with earlier versions of Windows. I don't want to deal with a Windows account. I'm sure I have one somewhere but that was a while ago probably. Do you happen to know if Samsung makes you sign up for any shit when using DEX?
      Also, any suggestions or tips for using decks that would otherwise be stumbling blocks if I didn't know about them?
      Thank you! And happy holidays :-)

    I can share ports the entire file system.
    Clipboard the

    A lot of settings such as Wi-Fi, keyboard, LTE, date, battery statistics, etc
    And of course nearby share
    I can also remote into my phone to control it for my computer and of course receive notifications and stuff
