Union of two spiritual giants divine scene 🙏🙏🙏
This meeting took place probably in the year 1935-36 during Sri Paramahansa Yoganandaji's brief visit to India from America. Both were earnest masters of self realisation and self enquiry was also a part of Yogananda ji's teachings.

It is very inspiring for sadhaks who are suffering to get the karma burnt. Ramana Maharshi had seperate d the body and mind .so suffering of mind and body does not affect the atma. So he says who is the sufferer
Knowing is different than believing, So Raman Maharishi Knows the Atma and not "Believes"!

Suffering is of mistaken identification of self..
Real self never suffered..
Body mind complex is a mistaken identification of self..
Timeless, Invisible, still and silent awareness eternally witnessing itself , incl witnessing itself thru the mistaken identification of self, is real self..
Mistaken identification of self is a dream like illusion within real self..
When real self recognise and realise itself, using mistaken identification of self as an instrument, only then this clarity occurs..
Otherwise ignorance of it remain intact..
Mukti is not of mistaken identification of self. Mukti is from mistaken identification of self.
Mistaken identification of self is the biggest obstruction in realisation of real self. However this is the only instrument u have to let real self recognise and realise itself..
When it happens, there is a clarity that awareness alone is real and no creation ever occured and whole so called creation incl ur own body mind complex is a dream like illusion within awareness, indifferent from awareness.
Awareness (real self) eternally remain as the substratum of whole creation.

सोस णे हा ईश्वराला जाणण्याचा मार्ग नक्कीच नाही..
इश्वर की उपलब्धी इतनी भी सस्ती नही की उसे किसी बजार से खरीदा जा सके। कर्मो की निर्जरा जब तक होती नही तब तक आत्मा पुर्णरुपसे इस संसार से मुक्त नही। कष्ट के बीना मुक्ती संभव नही।

Babaji maharaj gave diksha to one sadhu and told him guru dakshina nahi doge and he said ha me apke sharan me aaya hoon he said jai guru sri guru and jumped after that babaji told to bring him back babaji put clothe on him and three times he rotated his hand and the sadhu was back to normal than babaji hugged him and said now you will prachaar my name to the whole world and that sadhu is my guru MAHA AVATAR SRI SRI BABAJI MAHARAJ he gave me one niraakaar photo which is very very rare

If Suffering is the way for realisation of God and religion or yoga overcome suffering, then in this case one should not be religious or practice yoga, because it will stop realising God.
Why did Swami Yogananda ask these questions if he already touched divine consciousness?!
There is two terms in yoga sthiti ( to be like normal person ) and laya ( to be in super consciousness state) . An enlightened person can be either be in sthiti or in laya it depends on one's will . When you have task to do or a mission you can't be in laya state you should have some rajoguna in you to your Task or fulfill your mission . And because rajoguna is part of Maya ( Nature ) out of that Maya he is asking that questions . You may found that questions silly but just think why he didn't asked about God or heaven or moksha etc . He asked about suffering .
Swamiji might have asked these questions for our purpose, I think.
Those questions were asked on behalf of seekers like us.
