@@ninamiranda2285 I would sign up through SRF. There are no books or vids that will show you all of the steps. Though, I will say Mantak Chia’s cosmic orbit technique is very close. The good thing about signing up for the Self Realization Fellowship lessons, and then following with the kriya, is that you have a sense of well.. fellowship. Support. Genuinity. I always tend to be in a rush to the answer and look for short cuts. And what I have learned from that, is that I found only pieces, that took waaay longer to “put together,” than if I had just taken the time to do it as it is outlined in the lessons.

That’s me now 😂. I started 20 years ago and stopped after a few months. They’ve done a major upgrade. No more stapled Xerox copies!
I signed up for mine months back but I have yet to get started. Lessons come and I get anxiety because I haven't even started the first!
