But every morning he was sitting, people were sitting, and a cow would come and stand outside, putting her neck through the window, and she would remain standing there while the satsang lasted. I am afraid either the cow is very sick or she has died, and I have to go and look for her.” He lived on a mountain in the south of India, Arunachal. The cow belonged to a poor woodcutter who lived near the ashram. Ramana left the temple where they used to meet, went to the woodcutter and asked, ‘What happened? The cow has not come today for satsang.’ “The woodcutter said, “She is very sick and I am afraid she is dying, but she goes on looking out of the door, as if she is waiting for someone. Perhaps she is waiting for you, to see you for the last time. Perhaps that is why she is hanging around a little longer.” “Ramana went in and there were tears in the eyes of the cow. And she died happily, putting her head in the lap of Ramana Maharshi. This happened just in this century. Ramana declared her enlightened, and told his people that a beautiful memorial should be made for her. It is very rare for human beings to be enlightened; it is almost impossibly rare for animals to become enlightened, but the cow attained. “She will not be born again. From the body of a cow she has bypassed the whole world of humanity, and she has jumped ahead and joined with the buddhas. So once in a while - there are a few instances only - it has happened. But that cannot be called the rule; it is just the exception."

That is egoistic to say he is the greatest... it contradict hes teaching.. even babaji, lahiri mahasaya, sri yukteswar, and yogananda never assume they are the greatest.. they are all unique..
The purpose of a human birth is to attain the state that Ramana Maharshi attained, that’s it, nothing else. Look at that face of Maharshi, total bliss.
Thank you for thus video, it is like the Gift that keeps on giving.....every time it is heard or read. Thank you thank you thank you, we are all so blessed! Love you dear Ramana ji!
I see a still photo of him somewhere in this film and I burst into tears. At another point, I laugh.I am neither sad nor happy- my emotions are somehow displaced.
Shivabalayogi named Ramana Marharshi as one of the only "legit" yogis of this era saying there is a difference between a yogi and spiritual teacher and that was "A yogi is one who has attained Self realization through tapas" (sometimes translated as spiritual austerity or penance) which is meditation in the state of enlightenment (samadhi, no thoughts). He described tapas as at least 12 continuous hours of meditation every day, usually for several years, until one attains God realization or Self realization (he used the terms “God” and “Self” interchangeably in this respect). Google his name along with Ramana's for more info on the other yogi's he considered legit. Also, Alan Watts, a philosopher, writer, and speaker best known as an interpreter of Eastern philosophy for a Western audience often spoke very highly of Ramana Maharshi.
FMMAROTO Yes, i think Ramana and Tolle are for real. But not Osho. Please read up on his history, it is not good. Its not just what a man says , but how he lives his life that counts.
@@yosufalquba7583 lol Sri Raman Maharshi was a Hindu sanatani Guru not a muslim. He don't believe in izlam and considered it detrimental to humanity and danger to world peace. He always worshipped only Hindu devi devta. He was a proud Hindu. Stop saying allah to him
What a blessing are Ramana's teachings. If truth werent' present within and behind each moment, it wouldn't be true. Being still and noticing That which unifies life. It is the peace which surpasses all understanding. Just noticing the indwelling Self is abiding in the Self. Meditation is being That. Not two.
He was a truly an enlightened being without any ego. He was a true spiritual teacher, unlike the present ones who just charge money for their teaching and have made spiritual business. Best Wishes.
They say that in India, most of the enlightened sages are ordinary people, not making a big deal about their awakening -- and we will never know of them.
Yes.. I have a uncle who incidentally is making spectacle of himself claiming to be enlightened.. we all know for a fact that a truly enlightened soul would have no need to disclose it.
If you really understand Ramana teachings then you would know that there is no bondage, nor liberation, so also no enlightanment too. According to Ramana only Self exist, everything else is false.
I have been looking for answers to the questions which had given me many sleepless nights. Now, after finishing my PhD, I have some time for myself and so, I have started reading a book, The teachings of Ramana Maharashi. And now, all doubts, all cloudy questions are bursting off! It is getting clearer and clearer. Thank you, Bhagwan.
All of these people studying this wise man's words, so intent. So serious about finding what they already have. Like dogs chasing their tails, the faster they chase the faster it runs away. Tilopa, Zen master of the 11th century wrote: "When you look for it, you cannot find it. When you find it, you cannot get rid of it. When you do neither, it's right there."
The mind is so rigid, embeded in you so strongly that you believe you r the mind ! It seems lyk you do not know who you are becuz you live through yur mind. One day you shall drop it. That day you will know the body, the true reality
+Yasheel Doddanavar what that guy says about ppl chasing the tail n all that, is also bullshit. The circle is also something the mind has created. Drop the mind, drop it. N then see. You will realize something. Truth n false are also coming from the mind. There is no true no false.AND THERE IS NO (YOU)AND THERE IS NO (ME) . (It is the way it is)
Awww this man is such a sweet heart, so nicely standing their and reading that powerful book that not a lot of people dare read or understand in england.
Every age needs a Guru for not because the old teachers are out-dated (Knowledge and truth are never out-dated). Every age needs a Guru for people to relate to the Guru and also ask questions and find out the answers, to correct us.. I have found such a Guru after listening to a lot of spiritual lectures given by many popular spiritual teachers.. He is Prem Siddartha.. He is the ultimate Vedanta teacher and who rationally and practically describes the philosophy for people like us.. so that normal people can understand basics before starting to ponder over higher knowledge.. He is modest. like a person next door..but his knowledge is unbelievable..and enlightening.. He himself quotes Sri Ramana Maharshi several times.. He says before you can even start thinking about what Ramana Maharshri told to know about oneself.. there is a lot of practice to be put in to start with.. it needs a lot of practice to even start where Ramana Maharshi asks people to start.

He was enlightened man. Difficult to understand such deep concepts, even more difficult to practice. May be, the best we could do is just be nice to everyone and carry on with our daily activities with contentment.
There is no such thing as an "enlightened man". Truth is the absence of the individual. The absence of the individual in any moment is the truth of the field of presence. The field is all and always.
To recognize Sri Ramana as the greatest Rishi of the Century is a great blessing and awareness. His words are so profound but it is not necessary to "decode" them in order to better understand them. His words can only be understood when at least a glimpse of the "Self" is seen. To seek to greater "understand" Ramana's words defeats their purpose. Their purpose is to encourage us to make effort to be in that state that is without thoughts.
As a buddhist i recognize the progression. By way of elimination of items to identify with, the ego is chopped down to the point, where eventually the mind in the central channel in the heart drop, the most subtle clear light mind is made manifest when all conceptual thought subsides. That experience of subject-object-merging is non-dual, no subject, object, nor I nor world. It is like space, but blissful. The appearance of time and space gone. The Hindu will identify with that as satchitanand, the Buddhist while seeing that as the deepest possible positive phenomenon, too, makes an extra effort to disidentify from the clear light mind (Ātman), too. Why? Because according to him, even that subtle identification must be overcome. Realizing the emptiness of all phenomena with this subtle Atman-mind, that actually guarantees that one will be able to abide in the clear light eternally. As long as even subtle identification as Self are adhered to, only superficial grasping has been removed and will have to return. Could be in 84000eons, but it will. Therefor, the best ist (from Buddhist Tantra), eliminate the grasping to I as even identical with the Ātman. Ātman is only the final base on which the I is ascribed, but it is not identical with it. The I is not a substance. It is a name.on the basis of the substance, eternal, functioning. Free of suffering forever, no return. Don’t criticize me, just leave it if you think I make undue suggestions on a Hindu site, sorry.
This is amazing. Cant thank you enough for making this. Especially the background music is so apt. I listen to this whenever I feel lost. Hoping to not use this as a solace, but turn it into a solution.
When one sees the face of serenity one becomes more serene. That's what I feel when I look at his face. The shaking that his head is manifesting is the tremendous current of sakti flowing through him. THE POWER OF PEACE IN ACTION. What a difference from the contradictory lectures of J KRISHNAMURTI . THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN ENLIGHTENED BEING&AN INTELLECTUAL.
Alan is a wonder of wonder's a modern sage and gifted poet, how blessed we are to be alive in this modern age, where the unceasing Grace of the Great Sage of our age, continues to pour forth, both from within us and all about, yet, on occasion this Grace is transmitted in a "special" way, from the Self to the Self, within the Self via such Flute's of the Lords as our dear Poet Alan Jacobs! Thank you for producing posting this lovely video!

Your feelings of anxiety are only thoughts of the mind that you have made real by the ego. Silence the mind, and watch the anxiety until if becomes clear to you that it is only in your mind. and your true self is silence blissful pure awareness. Do not allow your thoughts to distract you from you true self
if ever the consciousness is to be felt & seen in flesh and blood , it was His Holiness Ramna Maharishi, who happened to bless this mother earth in India, who still shines in all of us as our very Being. Hari Om.
Sheldon Belcher Religions of the world are not bout one man’s belief against another, but an opportunity for all humans to each to their common ultimate source. As many colors of the rainbow are an outcome of one pure light, many religions of the world are an expression of the same divine source.
It has been said in Gurbani and many other Holy Books that though God is omnipresent, but that abode is indeed highly blessed, where He is manifested ! Swami Ramna Maharishi was true example of this reality. If you want to meet him, you can find him looking at you instantly..
“Become conscious of being conscious. Say or think “I am”, and add nothing to it. Be aware of the stillness that follows the “I am”. Sense your presence, the naked unveiled, unclothed beingness. It is untouched by young or old, rich or poor, good or bad, or any other attributes. It is the spacious womb of all creation, all form.”
One of the very few Real Deals, on Earth. Many have had an experience of awakening few have drowned in consciousness never to return to ignorance and even fewer still have the ability to consciously transmit self to self . Ramana may have been one of those rare individuals that could “move “ consciousness from here to here in its purity ,using only a glance. Yes i am well aware of the immense contradiction that this so called transmission ability presents to the intellect/mind . The proof is in the experience and even then ,the HOW remains a mystery. A kind of cosmic contradiction but only to mind not to consciousness awake to itself.
Brings such happiness that over 230,000 people have now heard this truth! Rejoice brothers and sisters! When i saw this video only a few months ago it had only 15-20k views! We are finally waking together.
Looking at his eyes is like looking into a barber shop mirror that reflects another mirror that reflests another mirror and so forth and so on.... into infinity.
"If we look on the ego as 'self' then we become the ego; If it's the mind, then we become the mind; If it's the 'body', then we become the body"... I see 'self' as a light, observing the ego, mind and body 😔
Maharshi's teaching is the sweet breeze that blows away the doubts because the truth is that doubts are in the mind and when the mind is silent there are no doubts. In fact there is no mind!. Maharshi said, quit thinking and show me, where is the mind? There is only the Self.
asking the question, "who am I, really, really, really?" is wielding the axe that 'cuts down' and rids oneself of the ego. I truly love the imagery and truly believe the question is the only question...the why, the what are irrelevant...it is the who that is of utmost importance...who am I, really, really, really? Ask no other question....ever
During the 1960's I lived in an Ashram led by a man who had lived in Maharshi's Ashram and went from there to Tibet where he became a Qualong Llama. When the Chinese invaded Tibet He walked out of Tibet, and India, and then took ship to Australia where he lived with Mouni Sadhu. From there he returned to Milwaukee Wisconsin and started an ashram. There was a time when I had a lot of trouble with a fellow person who was also living in the ashram as I was. I prayed daily for God to resolve the problem. One day a group of 3 of us went to see a friend who was a M.D. in addition to a friend t5o the man who had lived with Mouni Sadhu. The MD was lying on a bed in a supine position. While He was lying there, his head did not change in appearance but all of the rest of his body changed in appearance to look exactly like the body of Maharshi, but had a shimmering quality to it. While the Doctor's body continued to appear as if it was Maharshi's body exactly as it appeared in one of the poses Maharshi was in in one of the books about Him, the doctor's lips moved and explained to me and the others, all of the behavior that had been causing me such mental and emotional anguish! I now understood and no longer felt distressed by it.
Fifteen years ago, after a twenty year search, I heard the word ," STOP." I started to burn, which went on for years, revealing all that was hidden. Today, I am still investigating this word, " STOP." In this moment, I realize this stopping. There is no more to say.
Consciousness is all that is - Advaita Vedanta Advaita Vedanta is one of mankind’s oldest philosophy that cannot be tied to a single religion or within geographical borders. It belongs to the entire mankind. Ramana Maharshi and Adi Sankara are modern religious scientists have explored Advaita Vedanta in their life and shared their learnings from their practise. Psychological Base : It is a modern psychological tool to deal with stress and sorrow and helps a man/woman be compassionate to a fellow living being. Associating with I, the ego is the source of all sorrow. You are not alone, you belong to the brotherhood called consciousness. When you have stress, sorrow don't carry it alone, understand that you belong to the brotherhood called consciousness that is eternally happy. Do not be powerless or feel your capability is limited. You belong to the powerful, the most intelligent brotherhood called consciousness. Meditation - Self Inquiry Who am I? Dhyana Yoga [BODY] Imagine yourself lying on the burning pyre, after death. What happens to you after death? Close your eyes and ask the question, ‘Who am I’ ? You are not the transient body that rots after death. [MIND] Are you the mind that generates the thoughts? When you close your eyes and meditate on a single entity, random thoughts or desires fill your mind. Chasing the thoughts or desires is sorrow. Freedom and happiness is in the thoughtless mind. When a thought or desire arises , kill the thought immediately with the question, To whom do the thoughts come for? The thoughts come to serve I, the ego, your name - your imagination of what you are. When there is no I, the name, the ego - the thoughts have no one to serve and they die. Stay in meditation with a thoughtless mind. Keep reminding yourself there is no I, the name, the ego. There is no body or mind. All that there is consciousness. When there is no I, the name, the ego, there is no you, this or that - the world disappears When is no subject, where is the object to desire for? All that there is consciousness. [HEART] The awareness that swells in your heart in the thoughtless mind is consciousness. Consciousness is all that is. Stay in the consciousness and be blissful and happy. Stay in the consciousness and be blissful and happy. How to stay in Consciousness? - Waking state - Karma Yoga Say Aham Brahmasmi - I am consciousness in both deep sleep, dream and in the waking state. Intellect is Consciousness, the supreme knowledge required to perform an action in the waking state. Intellect and Consciousness are one and same and not separate. Getting lost in the passion of work, without remembering I, the ego is the doer of the work is practising consciousness in the waking state. Also called Karma Yoga. Researchers, Scientists, Programmers, Engineers, Doctors and other professionals who get lost in the passion of work without realizing that they are the doer are practising consciousness in the waking state. Three Ethical values are prescribed to ward off associating I, the ego as the doer and to stay in Consciousness in the waking state. They are as mentioned in Sanskrit as the 3 Ds Damyata (Self Control), Datta (Charity) and Dayadhvam (Compassion). A person who knows he/she is Aham Brahmasmi (I am consciousness) in the waking state. identifies a fellow living being (human or non human) as one the same and as no different than himself as consciousness. is empathetic and compassionate towards another living being (human or non human) gets lost in his passion for work, does not credit I, the ego as the doer of the work nor personally own the fruits of the labor. He credits his work and the fruits of the labor to his intellect or consciousness, which are one and the same. takes the happiness, sorrows and pain with equanimity with the fact that his true state consciousness is always blissful and happy.
+olaf biessen What to you mean by death metaphor? Isn`t it the symbol, which your nervous sytsem integrated to the subconscious and conscious mind? Please, watch, and feel it again...
I think you know what these metaphors mean in this context. When you are not conscious? Maybe too much forgetting? I think you will find discipline general semantics quite interesting. Be well.

Yes. Yes. Yes.
I see a still photo of him somewhere in this film and I burst into tears. At another point, I laugh.I am neither sad nor happy- my emotions are somehow displaced.
His grace
Thats what we call the utterly radiation of the SAINTS !
Usually I'm highly skeptical of gurus/yogis... But i feel this guy was very legit.
Yes. Also Osho and Eckhart Tolle.
you can feel if a guru is true or not
He is not just a guru, he is God in human form, a being who has realized the Self as divine.
Thank you so much for introducing me to this beautiful soul
"silence is a conversation too!" absolute bliss!
When we enjoy & hear our silent
Then we'll able hear gud voice !!
Allah bleß the worlds all & more
@@yosufalquba7583 lol Sri Raman Maharshi was a Hindu sanatani Guru not a muslim.
Not two.
A fine explanation can be found by doing a TH-cam search on the topic; It is so simple by Papajji
@@maanu2005 how would an not-lightened person know what an enlightened person would say or not say? 😂
If you really understand Ramana teachings then you would know that there is no bondage, nor liberation, so also no enlightanment too. According to Ramana only Self exist, everything else is false.
There are awakened and enlightened people in each culture and each religion. Most of them are to modest to talk about it.
@@markocvrljak3681 this is truth this is the end of any discussion.
Ramana Maharshi bless us that we all realize this truth and be one with all, yo everyone here God bless you I'm with you even the body far away
Great. Keep moving forward
So I take it you are fully Awakened then and beyond such things...but wait...why are you then watching and commenting on this?
The mind is so rigid, embeded in you so strongly that you believe you r the mind ! It seems lyk you do not know who you are becuz you live through yur mind. One day you shall drop it. That day you will know the body, the true reality
+Yasheel Doddanavar what that guy says about ppl chasing the tail n all that, is also bullshit. The circle is also something the mind has created. Drop the mind, drop it. N then see. You will realize something. Truth n false are also coming from the mind. There is no true no false.AND THERE IS NO (YOU)AND THERE IS NO (ME) . (It is the way it is)
"The faster they chase the faster it runs away." This is not so as the truth never comes or goes. The truth is.
"Even prior to birth . . . " of 1.7 million more people who have heard the message ,globally , from the holy seat of Arunachala . Thank You Sri Ramana

My grandfather once had the chance to meet the man, his philosophical and philanthropic legacy shall live on with us.
W O W ! Be your granddad blessed forever !
my granddad passed away in 2012, i was only 13-14 so i never wanted to read all the books he had. Now i'm 20 look back i wish i did. This was the only and last thing he shared on facebook linked with his books he read. He was so clever and spiritual :(
He IS so clever and spiritual. Ultimately we are all one, eternal.
These are words of Truth. Thanks for posting!
Thank you for this beautiful work of art, IMO, in every way worthy of the subject.
Thanks 🙏 he gave us a magic gift. We are already accomplished as the nature and animals. Namaste ☺️
I love learning from this man and his indirect disciple, satsang mooji.
thank you so much for working on him and sharing with us . Knowledge is the best gift 💙💙💙🙏🙏🙏
Beautifully done short video! Happy Birthday Sri Ramana Maharishi!
Philosophy so deep yet so simple...only a mind with pure intentions can conceive this truth.
Not a mind, not a philosophy
When one sees the face of serenity one becomes more serene.
That's what I feel when I look at his face.
The shaking that his head is manifesting is the tremendous current of sakti flowing through him. THE POWER OF PEACE IN ACTION.
What a difference from the contradictory lectures of J KRISHNAMURTI .
THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN ENLIGHTENED BEING&AN INTELLECTUAL.
My eyes always flood when I see this video. It should be because of the great Master. He is watching us always.
everybody at least was where he has been
Alan is a wonder of wonder's a modern sage and gifted poet, how blessed we are to be alive in this modern age, where the unceasing Grace of the Great Sage of our age, continues to pour forth, both from within us and all about, yet, on occasion this Grace is transmitted in a "special" way, from the Self to the Self, within the Self via such Flute's of the Lords as our dear Poet Alan Jacobs! Thank you for producing posting this lovely video!
Wow .. Wonderfull. Such a deep understanding on existence.I am listening to this as many times after the meditation each time its a new though its the same.

Sir, many thanks. It was a gift for all of us.
thank you so much. you have eased my anxiety and calmed me
What you are does not have anxiety. You are the eternal awareness that is aware of anxiety feelings.
oluwole owolabi thanks can you elaborate?
Your feelings of anxiety are only thoughts of the mind that you have made real by the ego. Silence the mind, and watch the anxiety until if becomes clear to you that it is only in your mind. and your true self is silence blissful pure awareness. Do not allow your thoughts to distract you from you true self
Ramana Maharishi one of the great spiritual leader in the world
"Realization is already there. The state free from thoughts is the only real state."
Yes indeed brother.
if ever the consciousness is to be felt & seen in flesh and blood , it was His Holiness Ramna Maharishi, who happened to bless this mother earth in India, who still shines in all of us as our very Being. Hari Om.
the buddhists say the same about buddha and christians christ stop clinging lol
I witness the transcendence in the photos of his temp form. I see nothingness eternal through his eyes. I am.
this mans eyes hold everything
Actualy that is not Ramana, it is (that body) an aperance in our egotistic view, the body is not Him. RAMANAS body is an expresion of grace.
Pristine words. Impeccable work.
Many (many) thanks!

Very cosmic but at the same time very artful. I like practing laughter. So l guess I'm luaghing my way back to God. O.A.A. Very happy .OM.
This video is a gift from the Divine
Sirios Star beautifully said ❤️
All god's are not in temple mosque church or gurudwara of the world but in everybody's heart's only.
Who am I is The axe that cuts off the ego...
There is no "self-realization". Only the "elimination of ignorance".

Brings such happiness that over 230,000 people have now heard this truth! Rejoice brothers and sisters! When i saw this video only a few months ago it had only 15-20k views! We are finally waking together.
Gracias de todo corazón por este maravilloso trabajo.
Looking at his eyes is like looking into a barber shop mirror that reflects another mirror that reflests another mirror and so forth and so on.... into infinity.
looking into the eyes of Realized One~ you see humor, love ,total compassion, Love.
"If we look on the ego as 'self' then we become the ego; If it's the mind, then we become the mind; If it's the 'body', then we become the body"...
I see 'self' as a light, observing the ego, mind and body 😔
Nunya Biznez seeing it is also just a thought...experience it
Yes, this awareness is an important prerequisite for deep meditation. After that, something other than mental products can be perceived.
No ego no self. No selfishness. No real you its just you 💖
Maharshi's teaching is the sweet breeze that blows away the doubts because the truth is that doubts are in the mind and when the mind is silent there are no doubts. In fact there is no mind!. Maharshi said, quit thinking and show me, where is the mind? There is only the Self.
You are God , simple yet still the truth. Know thy self & thy shall know the universe and God/ Source
I want to hug the narrator i,e Alan Jacobs
"no sadhanas are necessary for engaging in this quest"
asking the question, "who am I, really, really, really?" is wielding the axe that 'cuts down' and rids oneself of the ego. I truly love the imagery and truly believe the question is the only question...the why, the what are irrelevant...it is the who that is of utmost importance...who am I, really, really, really? Ask no other question....ever
A wonderful enchanting video.
So simple, most of us miss it. What a pity. The first person singular -"I".
I now understood and no longer felt distressed by it.
wow! that is something
Lovely! Thanks for making the video!!!!
Sri ramana arunachala Thoppi Amma give us grace
Personally, in my mind, I replace "Self" with "Source"! when I read, and it helps me understand better. (for a western mind such as mind).
there could be no more proof of the loving intelligence (God) than this
Thank you Alan for sending this. Such beautiful knowledge.
Thanks for posting this again .
Fifteen years ago, after a twenty year search, I heard the word ," STOP." I started to burn, which went on for years, revealing all that was hidden. Today, I am still investigating this word, " STOP." In this moment, I realize this stopping. There is no more to say.
What a Grace!!
I love it! That is how enlightenment progresses
Silence is a conversation too = is like Bhagwat Geeta say “Whether you do it or NOT do it, it will be called Karma”
Very beautiful. I really enjoyed it.
Consciousness is all that is - Advaita Vedanta
Advaita Vedanta is one of mankind’s oldest philosophy that cannot be tied to a single religion or within geographical borders. It belongs to the entire mankind. Ramana Maharshi and Adi Sankara are modern religious scientists have explored Advaita Vedanta in their life and shared their learnings from their practise.
Psychological Base :
It is a modern psychological tool to deal with stress and sorrow and helps a man/woman be compassionate to a fellow living being.
Dhyana Yoga
[BODY]
Imagine yourself lying on the burning pyre, after death. What happens to you after death?
Close your eyes and ask the question, ‘Who am I’ ?
You are not the transient body that rots after death.
[MIND]
Are you the mind that generates the thoughts?
When you close your eyes and meditate on a single entity, random thoughts or desires fill your mind. Chasing the thoughts or desires is sorrow. Freedom and happiness is in the thoughtless mind.
When a thought or desire arises , kill the thought immediately with the question,
To whom do the thoughts come for?
The thoughts come to serve I, the ego, your name - your imagination of what you are. When there is no I, the name, the ego - the thoughts have no one to serve and they die. Stay in meditation with a thoughtless mind.
Keep reminding yourself there is no I, the name, the ego. There is no body or mind. All that there is consciousness. When there is no I, the name, the ego, there is no you, this or that - the world disappears
When is no subject, where is the object to desire for? All that there is consciousness.
[HEART]
The awareness that swells in your heart in the thoughtless mind is consciousness. Consciousness is all that is. Stay in the consciousness and be blissful and happy.
Stay in the consciousness and be blissful and happy.
How to stay in Consciousness? - Waking state - Karma Yoga
Say Aham Brahmasmi - I am consciousness in both deep sleep, dream and in the waking state.
A person who knows he/she is Aham Brahmasmi (I am consciousness) in the waking state.
identifies a fellow living being (human or non human) as one the same and as no different than himself as consciousness.
is empathetic and compassionate towards another living being (human or non human)
gets lost in his passion for work, does not credit I, the ego as the doer of the work nor personally own the fruits of the labor. He credits his work and the fruits of the labor to his intellect or consciousness, which are one and the same.
takes the happiness, sorrows and pain with equanimity with the fact that his true state consciousness is always blissful and happy.

advaita vedanta is wonderfull to read.

+olaf biessen What to you mean by death metaphor? Isn`t it the symbol, which your nervous sytsem integrated to the subconscious and conscious mind? Please, watch, and feel it again...
death?watch?metaphor?subconsiuos?integrated?
I think you know what these metaphors mean in this context. When you are not conscious? Maybe too much forgetting? I think you will find discipline general semantics quite interesting. Be well.
i see no relation between your comment and my comment.
its a mirror of your knowing maybe:)
