PSI Temmie Armor β only blocks physical attacks. Your gonna need PSI Temmie Armor Ω to reflect her PSI anime attacks but you'll need to grind in the core and get LV 18 in order to get it.

My point is that Sans is weak, has 1 of attack and 1 of defense.
What does make him strong is that he posses an ability called Karmic Retribution that, that put it short, makes him able to deal more damage to sinners. and since he seems to be good at dodging that makes it up for his huge weaknesses.
