- Now that chef Nite Yun’s beloved Cambodian street food has found a brick-and-mortar home at last, long-time fans of her noodle soup and bright curries pack it in for a high-energy new chapter. Pro-tip: there’s never enough rice. Did anyone hear that bell?
The editors are brilliant. It elicits all the chaos in such an organized progression. :)
Every one of these really gets the vibe of what it's like to work in a rush and how quickly it goes from nothing to everything is needed. Love 'em

It's hard making a living in the restaurant business due to competition. Let's hope Nyum Bai will make a lot of profits.
It is true, restaurant business is very tough, the foods must tastes very very good, the chef must learn to create new dishes.Cant sell the same things all the time.
So raw. Love it.
I still get nervous every time right before the doors open. These folks not only killed it but kept a great positive vibe.
