That was really useful stuff. Now I have got my head around blender and know the way around this all makes perfect sense. Thanks for introducing me to this new world of 3D animation. I now need to try and understand the proper use of viewports and how to get the best rendering with my laptop for small animations. Keep going and it would be great if you could do short instructional vids on how to select best settings for different everyday materials. Keep at it and apologies if this is covered in any of your later vids.
thank you for the amazing tutorial . i want to ask is i can use this method above the Ocean which made by the Ocean modifier ? if yes plz make a tutorial
thanks! awsome tutorial! I have one question - how can I make a Mesa Landscape nake those ripples in my plane? when I try with a sphere or a qube it works great, but not with my landscape mash.. for now i just put a sphere under my Icberg and move both of them so it looks good enough, just wondering if there's another way. Thanks again!
What did you press that made the ball jump by itself for me only on the letter g it jumps and shows that there are bubbles how can I make the ball jump like your ball and see the bubbles Thanks for giving an answer
It's a really helpful video! Thank you. Please don't put music under it and please be more careful with the audio recording. People don't tell but most people run away if the sound is problematic. If there is a problem with the recorded sound, please don't hesitate to record it again. I'm sure you'll gain more subscribers. Good luck! 🍀
That's so awesome. Never knew that trick.
I've just started dabbling with Blender again. You guys are miles ahead of me. Very proud of you!

Can you make the Buoyant and float on the water and collide with other objects?
Not that I know of
your probably better off using a full fluid sim to do that
@9λ yes but then it just looks like very shallow water

is there a way to bake the animation from the real time interaction cheers
Yes if you click on the water plane and go to the dynamic paint physics settings.
Go to cache and you can bake it there
I subbed with my 3 accounts
Can this work in the game engine?
Unfortunately not but game engines probably have their own version of this
I’m interested in this mainly to create normal maps and flipbooks for water simulations in Unreal Engine.
Cool, I’ve subscribed, happy to support you and looking forward to checking out your other stuff.
