【Material】:
Three layers of meat
1 small piece of ginger
mushroom
5 cloves garlic
Boiled egg
Right amount of rock sugar
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tbsp oyster sauce
A pinch of pepper
Proper amount of water
【Method】:
1: First slice the ginger, smash the garlic, cut the mushrooms in half, and boil the eggs into boiled eggs
2: Next, cut the pork into pieces, put it in the soup and pick up for later use, and then fry until the pork is golden brown and picked up
3: Add rock sugar on low heat, slowly fry until melted, then add the fried pork, stir fry
4: Then first add ginger slices and saute, then add shiitake mushrooms and fry them to get a fragrance, then add garlic,
Then add pork, then seasoning, add water, simmer for 30-40 minutes

请问生抽跟老抽是酱油跟黑酱油吗?
不一样的喔 ,生抽和老抽,和黑酱油 不一样,如家家里没有老抽,可以黑酱油代替染色,不要多噢
