I think op doesn't like the whole anise, but preferred the powdered form. Imagine enjoying a meal then randomly eating a segment or two of the anise makes for a slightly traumatic experience lol
I just cook this just now..its very delicious..i use rock sugar instead of white sugar..its very aromatic and yummy..my boss loved it..thanks for your recipe..

可以極小火燜45分鐘。然後不要開蓋繼續燜。冷了放冰箱隔天小火用熱,味道會升上兩個等級。肉也不會卡牙縫
