Keep in mind water is at commercial rates. Never before did I pay this much per month. Balcony is awesome (size) but even on high level (we are 31) it's noisy from the street and MRT during non MCO times. I honestly have at least 40% regrets to move in here.

An ex neighbor of mine recently moved to Duta mas Verdana and he complained about the same thing. In all these condos when the neighbor upstairs make noise drag objects, slam door, run or walk without flipflop the sound reverberate through the lower floor's ceiling. Something which Shaun never talks about

Therefore I'm grateful for your insights. Well that correlates to the way we build apartments in Malaysia where the slab are usually cast in one large piece that connects the entire floor plate.

The mall and the retail units remind me a bit of Icon city in PJ. I stayed in a gorgeous duplex, loved the huge windows. The pool area was also neat. I liked the building itself. It was very easy to spot from far away. I used to call it "castle black" haha. Liked the lights on the building edges shining during nighttime. Unfortunately the retail units where all empty. It looked like a dead building because of that. Only a 7eleven and a restaurant. That was it. Why is that? Because one of the reasons that you mentioned? PS....great video as always...enjoy them all ;)
i would prefer an infinity pool with a view, but living here would be convenient no need to drive out for groceries , saloon etc please review setia sky seputeh , would be curious to see longest beach pool in KL
It's really mah fun to put washing machine outside at the balcony.. at home sometimes I'll walking naked out from the bathroom to the washing machine and sometimes for few clothes and my wife just hand wash and easier to bring over for spinning.
Thanks for a personal tour of a newly moved in apartment. The layout is a bit odd (especially the balcony and the washing machine area) but I quite like the makeover done by the Easyhome crew. I can clearly see a common serene theme throughout the apartment.
Personally..a big chore for me would involve the laundry and kitchen area..where counter space and a double sink goes a long way even if I don't cook. I don't see a foyer and the only option for laundry would be a combo washer/dryer being placed outside hmmmm..one thing I would give 5 Star is the facility, tennis, basketball, nice gym, landscape and Jaya grocer downstairs is a big win...location wise is also great.
5 minutes drive is possible to mrt without waiting traffic lights, but not walk, and if you walk to MRT with the main road there is super dangerous, especially the plus highway entrance to main road there before you reach segi walking from emporis, please survey properly and not listen to those property agent who just want to earn money and simply talk,

As soon as I saw washing machine have to be placed outside automatically im turn off, who the hell design it that way? 😒 can you imagine you have to always keep the washing machine covered if it rains to prevent it from getting dirty or spoil
Actually Emporis do have SOHO units (Studio Appartment) but he didnt cover. Plus, its not walking distance to MRT but you can actually take the Rapid Bus to MRT station from the bus stop which located just near the main enterance.
For those familiar with the inception of the project, was conceptualized by a well known property conman who then got his followers to buy multiple units through compresses loan. False advertising of distance of MRT.. I'll take a 10 feet pole and stay far away from this
