    There's a saying that PJ people will live and die in PJ, even their children will stay there. Having lived there for the last decade i concur with your observation of the hipster culture. A lot of old buildings like Happy Mansion is converted to very Instagrammable location place with food.
    Thanks for introducing Touche, i love coffee and croissants. Will check them out.
    I think Miyu location is going to be congested but still will sell out just because it's in PJ. Not much land for PJ-ains to choose and stay. PJ is really convenient.
    You make me want to move back to PJ bro. haihz...

    It's PJ, more specifically, it's in between Damansara Uptown, SS2 and TTDI, and also the developer is Tropicana, so it's not surprising the units are getting sold out. Also, for us PJ folks, staying around SS2 (for those looking for a condo) is a preferred choice over Kota Damansara or Kelana Jaya. (PS: It's also no surprise PJ folks prefer staying in PJ over KL area, unless it's TTDI area. After all, LDP stretch alone have 10 malls, which is more than some other states. Commercial areas, food outlets, colleges are abundance)

    Highly controversial project lol especially due to the PJD Link project & supposed allocation for RSKU. I live near the area for awhile with my relatives & can say though the area is highly attractive the exit from Jalan Harapan to SPRINT is a nightmare. Jalan Harapan is the only artery road leading into PJ but not out. Thanks for the cafe recommendation though & keep up the good work :P

      True about KIDEX and RSKU. As for exit to SPRINT, can use 17/21 or 17/33 as alternative.

    I don't know why, but yes as a PJ kid I still keep pj as my first choice. It's to the point I don't mind buying old shabby looking terrace house 😂😂

    I used to live at ss2/101, just a stone's throw away. It is very central and actually Tropicana city mall area more suited for the residents needs IMHO vs going to the section 17-13 area. But traffic is another story... even to go ss2 - find parking - eat/shop - return is gonna be half the day burn. But rightly so.. freehold in such a central PJ neighbourhood.. it will sell like hot cakes.

      Erm, yes I agree it would be dope but I don't that will bring any value to anyone *besides entertainment purposes. If my main goal are views, that would be my next thing to do.
      Instead, someone might consider to buy this and I hope my observations can help them with their analysis.
      Most probably not right now, but that idea is not exactly impossible... Let me see what I can do Nafis=)

      Currently the developer has blocked those levels...And I guess most likely they're gonna address them hahaha. *if you know what I mean=)

      Hi Tryan. It's a requirement imposed by the government authorities. So I think it's fine but that few levels were blocked.
      I wouldn't want to promise anything but I predict the internal team is putting in a lot of effort to address those units:)
