Hi, I come to this channel to learn about Malaysia stock market. Because Dr Zakir Naiyek said, there are some index, etfs, mutual funds in that follow Islamic sharia. Thats why I want to learn and invest in Malaysia's stock.

property ni beli rumah lelong yang buruk2 sikit tu kemudian renovate balik then jual mark up harga boleh lah untuk capital gain. meaning, kena ada cash yang banyak.
jika solely for capital gain macam game tahun 2010an yg orang dah lama masuk, memang susah unless location cantik. timing dah lari, harga rumah semua future price giler2.

Property is always been the more emotional asset as compared to stocks. I guess because property is tangible where I usually have to see it, get a feel of the property and its surroundings before I buy it. In stocks, it's all about the data. Not so on the emotional connections. To me property is more long term, it sticks to me, and I would pass it to my children. Stocks, they just come and go.
Just buy stock if you have 300k above..just short term,1 night get 500dollar,then using that money buy propety in malaysia

I guess to each his own. I've been the US markets for more than 10 years as a long term investor. My past 7 years portfolio total is up more than 250%. Some of the stocks I own 10x 20x and even 30x, the challenging part is that you will need to stomach the volatility. I buy individual stocks, no ETFs, no indexes, no options trading etc. I do not trade the market. I currently have 30+ stocks in my portfolio. I invest with money I don't need for the next 3 to 5 years so that I am not pressured to sell when things turn volatile. Of course there are also stocks that don't make money .... yet. Overall the top few stock profits far outweigh the losses if you keep investing in the best companies and hold for the long term. It has worked out for me so far, I do hope to hit my retirement target in the next 2 to 3 years. I also have a Twitter account with just over 2,300 followers.
Keyword is the dude used to trade (like a pundit, not invest), now he just changed his medium to property to market himself. Nothing to see here guys.
