Jaden, thank you for being so honest and authentic in this video. I’m 32 years old, and i have so many of the same thoughts plaguing myself. For me, it comes down to the fact that I don’t want to let these thoughts about my body and face keep holding me back. If I can do something about it I want to. But I’m also a bit “neurodivergent” and obsess over every detail, some days I love things other days I despise them. Like you, I also am a fit girlie (looking to book a breast augmentation soon). I want to do my boobs, but it’s my face that has the biggest grip over my identity. I have a wider nose and had acne my whole life, growing up and getting bullied over those things was hard. Like you mentioned, when it gets engrained in your mind that certain features are objectively unattractive, there is no amount of body positivity that will make you accept yourself that way. I commend you for taking charge of your life, that’s actually a huge part of the spiritual work. Recognizing you have agency and only you can transform yourself into the vision you have. Sending you feminine love

@@100thmonkeycandleco.6 i understand what you're going through so much 🫶🏻 i think it's important to remember that even though some things may feel like they're "objectively" unattractive that facial features/body types/etc. go in and out of style (unfortunately) and that appearances are really just trends. you have to do the things that YOU feel will make you happy in your own skin!

Buy silicone scar tape strips. Works with redness and raises and it works on older scars too. Worked wonders for me.

You should not be bench pressing or doing much of any chest work outs otherwise your implants will get further apart! Becareful 😊
