    Now i know why not a lot of people is watching this channel, IT'S TRASHHHH
    WHYY??
    1. criticize everything
    2. Crazy title
    3. Narrator sounds like hikkikomori (no life duch)
    Why don't you criticize your own country instead of finding faults in other people's works.
    YOUR KIND IS THE KIND THAT CREATES DOUBTS AND CHAOS TO PEOPLE, LIKE WOKE INDIVIDUALS WHERE THEY CREATE A NON-EXISTENT PROBLEM (not a real problem) AND MAKE IT BIGGER (ALWAYS HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY EVEN IT THO IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE)
    There are things called diversity and the world do not revolve or exist for you alone, we are not here to please you all the way and if you can't understand or handle small stuff like this then i will assume you don't go out often and have no life. (This type of things happen all around the world and competent people learn to handle stuff like this and turn things around to their favour)
    naturally people cannot account for every people's feeling

    Honestly, as a European, I think Japan actually represents us well compared to the US. When I watch or read a Japanese story about the Middle Ages, it feels much more authentic. For example villages. All European villages are portrayed in the American media as dirty pieces of shit and not as the quiet and peaceful areas that they are. I'm not saying the Japanese are perfect at it or the Americans are worse, but I think when the Japanese want to portray a different kind of culture, they do it more faithfully

      @@fabianauer1986 Have to agree with this. I think it's clear by the amount of fantasy shows inspired by Mid ages type of world we have.
      Also, it's great that people are aware of how there are just many more things that could act as a "great representation" like places other than just fussing over the "people." Thanks for sharing and appreciate the support!

      @@CrescentAnime Just look at the Witcher. In the books we have a slavic culture with some germanic influence but mostly slavic. Villages are most of the time quiet nice places. But in the series? Everyone wants to leave them, they are dirty (which is not accurate, villages were very clean compared to the citys of the time) but we have Hindu Temple, a joke of a female cast which is sad the books have a wonderful female cast, and awful armor and weapons. Nothing feels slavic and not even european.
      And now Vinland saga. Nearly everything expect the over the top action is accurate

    Diversity will never be, thankfully, a thing in anime because anime are made by Japanese FOR Japanese. The fact that it became a well known international thing from which partnerships of any kind were born will not change a single thing because if anime X fails outside Japan has not even nearly as much value as that same anime failing in Japan.
    Btw, diversity is an American thing. A German for example is NOT a black person, a Senegales can NOT be a Chinese guy and so on. So since diversity is an American thing that only exists there, it has NO value at all.

    • @CrescentAnime
      @CrescentAnime  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Exactly. I think the original dubbing being entirely Japanese is obvious enough. Any other dubbings outside of that mainly belong to distributors (ie. Netflix/Crunchyroll).
      It may sound weird to some people but I don't mind even if they turn a blind eye to me as a global audience, if that means the creation they craft will stay great and unique for me to consume.

      Your right brother, diversity is an American thing only
      And also the owner of channel is a hikkikomori (no life) because he can't hadle stuff like diversity and can't accept that you have to be strong and compitent for other people to repect you and be successful in life, he can't hadle and don't know how to turn things around for his benefits and most likely because he don't go out and talk to people

      @@elcatrinc1996 no sh*t dude, this guy (the content creator just deleted my reply to the comment and his reply😂) what a petty you people have, small brain
      Diversity and racism is an American thing that is pressured to many. Before you say how is that pressured?? Look at the dude the created this content, he spreads RACISM, DIVERSITY AND OTHER BULLCRAP THAT DON'T MAKE ANY REAL WORLD PROGRESS ALL HE IS DOING IS CREATING DOUBT ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE'S WORK AND CHAOS LIKE THOSE WOKE WHO PROTESTS ABOUT THEIR GAYNESS AND OTHER NONSENSE THINGS (and you bet I will keep replying to this even if he deleted this one again)
      The concept of racism and diversity is strongly reinforced by Americans who themselves have no equality, they realized that they are no match to their own people so that they spread it outwards because foreigners have to know about this concepts so that they can pressure us to be "equal" which in their land does not even happen more commonly🤮🤣
      So technically concept of diversity doesn't exist for most of other countries till they met and hear what Americans has to say🤣

    If you want to be represented create your own medium, you cannot expect people to create something they are not familiar with
    Do you like someone writing about let's say Hawaiian and never in his life researched about Hawaii and it's people?

    • @elcatrinc1996
      @elcatrinc1996 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      ...I guess the writter of Vinland Saga has to surrender their work and all the research they had done to represent those cultures.
      And the manga based around the French Revolution, the other one that includes historical figures fom every single part of the world including fucking Adam from the bible or Leonardo DaVinci.
      Hell, every single anime or manga that had characters from outside of japan should be banned now too, no?

    • @CrescentAnime
      @CrescentAnime  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Ya definitely. Agreed with your point about the "due diligence" thing. This is not an extreme Do and Don't but it's a part of respecting certain cultures that accurate representation should be made from a thorough research, experience, etc if you're ever making one. But it's still no one's obligation to represent others, moreover when those others are not part of the author's culture.

    Japan is a country with real people and like any other country with it´s own set of biases even some of your b footage show directly shows a lot of diversity.

    • @CrescentAnime
      @CrescentAnime  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The country there itself isn't free of racism (not like there is any other country that is free from being racist lol) and there's ample data for that too. But in terms of diversity there, at least based on the net gives so far, is pretty limited/insignificant.
      Not to mention those differences exist likely only in a few big cities there I think, so I say the "sameness" is pretty thick. Combine that with a good sense of primordialism (growing up in an Asian country, I feel like this is one of the idea that people generally hold strong) and that's what makes people ask such questions in the video. Thank you for the insight!
