If this video was done in 2022 and in BC Canada that large hali was defiantly over the size limit to retain. I am assuming this is an older video then the posted date. That big one was a heck of a fish to try and pull up and over the side of the boat!!

I have lingcod same size in Washington state but can't keep breeders . Only 26" to 36"
