This was freakishly cool due to the short rounds. When I'm having a worse day, longer stretches of intense breathing look overwhelming and I always skip the practice. That's why today I loved this one so - still intense & yet shorter practice! 🕉🙏Namaste! 🧡

I have tried this breathwork many times but today in the 3rd round when i doing the breath hold i think that i’m pass out for a little while and “come back” whit my head on the floor is the first time and i think that there is something wrong that i do but i follow all your tips and this happen, other time always in the breath hold i feel like going down and the urge to take out my holding breath but i can manage but today i another story i pass out what i doing wrong that this happen i doing this in a sitting position
Totally! These holdings are very long. I would say this an advanced or at least intermediate breathing routine. If you are starting with this try to practice routines with 40 seconds to 1 minute holdings
