I am 32. At the end of this session I saw myself when I was 17 living alone in an apartment. I was scared, lonely and very depressed and life was hard for the subsequent years. I walked into that apartment and gave my 17 year old self a powerful hug and told him how proud I was of him for being so strong and pulling through everything.
Thanks for the guidance. Will start doing this regularly.
    Much love.

Psychedelics like DMT, LSD and psilocybin mushrooms are exceptional when it comes to mental health treatment. Saved my life.

Psychedelic mushrooms are truly remarkable. A few years ago, I was struggling with severe depression, mental health issues, and was diagnosed with BPD. My friend suggested I try psilocybin mushrooms, I still can't believe how much better they worked compared to traditional medicine. It was a lifesaver, it really healed me.

Dmt, lsd and psilocybin containing mushroom are amazing. I'm a veteran, was actually addicted to alcohol. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. This is something that really need to be use globally to help people with related health challenges.

I was horrifically depressed since childhood. It was relentless. I assumed it would ultimately end me somehow. About twelve years ago I randomly accepted the offer from a friend of a few doses of mushrooms. I did them two consecutive nights alone. First night was pretty mild. The second night? Wow. I saw my depression from every angle, realized much. Next day: depression totally gone. Never came back, never coming back. It's like it's a forest far away I can remember, and could probably find again with enough effort, but it has zero impact on anything in my life or mind. They honestly saved my life and improved it immensely. I never did them again, either. I wish there was a good, organized way to administer them to people who would benefit from them.

I’m 58 with five kids - one of which is a newborn that we are adopting. I spent most of my life being “successful” in career and financial terms. My first wife died from cancer 10 years ago. I remarried and discovered plant medicine. We have scaled down and on top of that, we are in a very difficult financial position right now. I found this channel in response to my search for ways to alleviate anxiety. As we go closer and closer to the point where I don’t know how we will recover, that voice of peace comes over me and tells me to surrender and be patient. It was this breathwork that brought me that message. We are all in the great game of Leela, or the game of life. Fear has no place here.

First time doing breathwork and I gotta say it was amazing, I was skeptical at first, and I probably didn’t do some of the stuff right but during the first one I was really in my head about how dumb I looked sitting how I was breathing weird, and I could barely hold my breath through the first 45 seconds, then on the second round I felt this tingling, like energy building up in my palms and spreading to my fingers and up my arms, my head and body felt warm, like I was embraced in the most amazing hug, and I started to zone out and just feel the energy flow through me, and then the breath retention was cakewalk, I was amazed at the difference from round one to two, and by round three I could’ve gone a whole extra minute. And by the time the third round hit the energy had encompassed my whole body, and I started seeing faint colors and patterns in my eyelids, then once the breathwork was done and I was just sitting there listening to the music, I was suddenly awash in a sea of stars and other vivid patterns, at one point I thought I could see someone just beyond the patterns and stars, but after about five minutes it all faded but left me with a really good positive energy inside. This was a beautiful experience, thank you.

@@ginamurillo5846 How I broke through is really insensitive breathing put your whole body into it, when you squeeze you first squeeze your root ie. Sfinkter then lower then upper abs then chest and invision hart squeeze, then squeeze throat and face and vision squeezing your brain, squeeze everything hard and hold until you break through, I practice a lot and it didn't happen my first 30 times, I had to really get into it. Breaking through is like a crazy kaleidoscope of colors, sounds change and sound alien, you get a beautiful feeling of oneness. Also be careful do it in a safe space maybe have a friend to assist you, it is a dizzying feeling so hold on, it's ok your not falling out of your body, but that's what it feels like, you leave your body.

Towards the end of it, it was revealed that certain individuals were siphoning my energy. As soon as I had cut these chords - BOOOM, I popped into a higher dimension. It was so beautiful, and surreal. As soon as I "arrived" there, I was surrounded by several divine feminine energies. They immediately started to help me, as if they'd found a wounded soldier or something. I could hear them saying "He's a master" as they started working on me, picking up my broken pieces. #Namaste

I’m 30 years old and got medically discharged from the Australian army. Been struggling with my identity, struggling with my fathers diagnosis of cancer and his recent set back with chemo, worrying about if I’m going be a good dad when my wife gives birth in November and dealing with constant pain from my injuries plus so much more runs through my mind constantly. I heard about this on a podcast and then thought I would try it and I have no words. What an experience.. I felt tingling all through my hands, feet and my face felt like it was relaxing so much it was starting to droop.. I started crying and realising that I’m going through a lot at the moment and I need to be more kinder to myself. This was an actual unbelievable experience and something I’m going to try and add into my everyday routine.
    Thank you.

This breathwork session was my introduction to you, Sandy, and the beautiful practice I have now enjoyed since mid-January, 2024. Not a day goes by that I don't hear your wonderful voice introducing each session that I come to with abundant gratitude that I discovered your videos on TH-cam and on your Patreon site. In the beginning, I struggled with the 1:00 minute breath retentions but with practice, I've been able to work up to a 3:00 minute breath retention. For me, "Set and Setting" makes my nightly sessions that much more meaningful and where I feel the greatest sensations throughout my body. In some of my sessions, I've been able to walk through places I lived a long time ago and old friends I've lost touch with that thanks to the breathwork, I've reconnected with. More importantly, I've regained trust and respect for myself. One of my favorite videos that I've found most meaningful is "Acceptance, for what was, what is and what will be...". Thank you for all your videos and guidance. Much love and gratitude!

My sister told me about your channel when I was in very dark place without hope. It was a time when addictions took control over my life and at the same time I started to relalise how much my actions depends on past traumas. It was so hard for me even to get up from bed. She showed me different video where I was not able to follow your steps so I decided to create my own breath rountine which is quite similar to the one on this video. Then I started to follow some of your guided breath works and since that time your voice is soothing my pain everyday before I go sleep. You are great inspiration to all of us and a saviour of many lives. Much love from Poland❤

I’ve been using your breath work guides for about a week now and I’ve been enjoying them. My experiences have been tingly sensations in my hands, legs, arms, and chest. This morning I took a cold shower to help raise my vibration and began this session shortly after. This time my body was shaking like crazy during the breath work but would slow and cease while doing the breath retention. At the end of the third round I felt so blissful and relaxed I actually bussed out laughing and was super giggly 😂 Looking forward to my next session. Stay blessed fam 🙏🏾

    Unbelievable, brother!
I have never dabbled in breathing techniques such as these but just participated in this exercise, and one of the more advanced exercises.
    I am completely blown away!🤯
Mind altering substances were a close friend of mine at one point in time.
That being said, I just experienced what can only be described as one of the most pure, 20min journeys I have ever had!
I still feel my body buzzing!
1 - Once I gave in and just became one with the rhythm of my own breathing, it was like transportation.
2 - I thought I was going to lose it on the fast paced breathing, but something clicked. My body was like, “ you are receiving plenty of oxygen.“ I smiled, and felt like I could go on infinitely.
3 - Same with the breath-holds. Thought I would die at first. After my mind calmed, It was as if oxygen were pumped directly to my brain! Crazy!
4 - The “trip” was outstanding! My whole body had a counter clockwise pulse that was circling from head to toe! Full on brilliant flashes of color as well! Only way I can describe it is, very similar to a nebula, or cats-eye stone. Truly beautiful!
    Thank you for sharing this!

Did this with no expectations going into it, and now it’s a daily routine for me for the week that I have been doing it. I get all the strong tingling sensation in my body, legs, arms, back, and face. It brings me to a level of extreme serenity and peace and calmness in my body and mind. I have been dealing with emotional pain with self loathing and this is helping me extract that and break it down and analyze it and understand it better so I can deal with it in a calm and peaceful approach, instead of it just building up inside me day after day. I look forward to my breath work session daily now, as it is helping me continue to grow and heal as a human being! Thank you so much for this!

I felt an immense amount of tingling in my face and arms, energy was moving upwards and there was a deep sensation in my heart space. My mind/thoughts were looking outside of myself, calmer than usual though. Sitting during the retention felt easeful. Deep feelings of peace and connection, more acceptance of the self, more presence, less distractions of any direction. Much appreciation Sandy, namaste🙏💚

I'm currently working at an office, I decided to take this guided meditation (not usually recommended, since we are required to be at a meditation relaxation moment, but here I am lol). This helped me so much by not feeling overwhelmed and exhausted from this office job, where I have to sit for 10 hours 😭 I feel completely relaxed 😌 And I saw a vision of my future business with my husband relating holistic medicine and spiritual guidance. Truly amazing what DMT can do, even if it's just in the brain 🧠 I can't wait till someday I try vaping DMT before I die ❤️

I wasn’t sure what you meant by DMT in the title and I was didn’t really expect to gain anything from this experience. BUT HOLY SHIT!!! I have never felt so good in my entire life!!! By the end I felt so connected to the earth, my self and god. Honestly I was in tears after this experience. I want to feel it again, so from now on I will make this a part of my life!!!

Wow, just wow. I did not expect to feel what I felt with this. I've been going through a transformation recently, working on myself both physically and mentally because I saw myself going down a dark path. Just doing this meditation once, I can tell it is going to help me on my path of healing and enlightenment. Thank you for this my friend, I will be using this meditation often ❤

Hello Sandy, my name is Josh and ive delt with a lot of things and much like many of us I'm going through a lot and my life has changed almost completely in the past year. I came into session with wanting to find peace within myself of temptations, of possession, of compulsion. I speak of peace of mind Sandy and my sense of reality is healthy but believe me when I say I see the big picture of all in this world and it keeps me awake at night. It's the curse I pay for the perspective I have on reality but I've tried to learn ways to live with it and things like meditation have brought me that peace of mind showing me the lighted path this world guides me on. This session made me release my emotions in a way not many things have and now my view of meditation is only more beautiful than I could have ever possibly imagined and it's helped me a lot. Thank you for bringing this experience and showing me this beauty in life my friend. Best wishes to you and ill be sure to watch more of your videos in the future.

When I started the session I just wanted to get a bit relaxed after a stressful day. What I experienced after round 3 was not just relaxation...I could literally feel how the soreness from today's workout left my muscles...like a cold fluid running down my body. Now, I'm feeling great and ready for tomorrow...! Thank you! ❤

These are the first breathing exercises I've done and I have to say Im instantly hooked. I followed the video last night twice before meditating and and once again this morning, everytime so far i can very clearly see my third eye as a purple ring in my closed eye vision, the ring sometimes has a purple center as well and also alternates to just the purple ball in the center at times. This was also followed by a profound realization that these purple structures were me, possibly the equivalent of my light body or spirit. It was humbling to meet myself in this way and brought tears to my eyes.
P.s. the music slaps and all of the commentary is perfectly timed, the only thing i could ask to be different is more of an extended enjoyment period after the exercise has ended because a quickly following youtube add is just like stopping an orgasm half way when doing these sorts of things. One love!

Insane you mention seeing your third eye. At the end of the 3rd round i saw an eye that looks just like my eye looking right back at me

    • @Willioxys1907

I had the exact same experience. It was just like a purple eye looking back at me. It was similar to the yellow ring you can see when staring in the sun and then closing your eyes but the big difference was the divine felling. Very interesting thoughts as it being one’s self.

Great experience. My lungs felt supercharged afterwards. Definitely had moments of OBE like I was floating in space alone. Very interesting. I use to vape and I have been concerned about lung capacity being affected. This will no doubt increase my lung capacity. I’ll add this to my daily spiritual activities. I appreciate the post 🙏🏼

Absolutely amazing, I had a car accident take my old self away and I have been working on creating a new self and new reality. Adding breathwork to my daily routine has been huge. I have been doing your breathwork for a few months now. You often will say to look at what you see behind your closed eyelids. All I ever see is a bright light, but in the 3rd breath hold tonight. I saw a huge explosion of light on the exhale! Thanks so much Sandy. All love brother❤️

This is incredible. The absolute relaxation and release I felt after finishing this was astounding. During the third breath work period I began to see tinges of blue and purple light streak through my vision with my eyes closed. Following the session I remained seated with my eyes closed and saw an extremely vivid purple polygon shape morph and breathe in the center of my field of vision and was surrounded by what looked to be a rainbow of different colors. Incredible that this came from breathing alone!

I like this. I just came from an Ayahuasca and Msrooms 2 weeks gathering and incorporating breathe work in to the 2 practices was amazing., I found alternating from breathing in and out from the mouth to the nose and mixing it up really took it to a new level. Hoping all of you for bliss and inspiration. G
