    These breath work excesises are changing my whole perception of my life and filling my body and mind with love and gratitude. Your videos are truly transforming my life. Im an ex addict in recovery. Ive been sober for two years since april 1st 2021. But getting off drugs was just a step. I need to transform my whole being and perception. Breath work is a huge step in leading me to do this

      I tried this last night. It left me wired and unable to sleep 😞I thought I'd try breathwork and yoga before bed, but no relief from my restless mind

    The negative energy was clinging to me for over a week now, maybe two- no matter what I did it wouldn’t leave, and it wasn’t until the end where it finally let go and released. The work and your guidance helped me. Thank you. I feel so much better. My whole body was in physical pain. Now I feel light and free.

    Very beneficial, and always relaxing. But, my hearing has reduced, and I have to turn up the volume to hear you ( even with hearing aides ), then the volume keeps the whole house awake. Not good for us older folks with hearing issues. I tried headphones and, again, it's blasting just to hear you. I hear this from many friends ( we're in our late 60's, so not that old ) - we avoid many programs/videos, such as yours, as the background enhancement music drowns out what you are saying. I think those with better hearing will not have an issue if the background music is turned down. Especially if one wants to watch at bedtime. Thank you for this video.

    Just a thought:
    It enriches my experience every time you mention the location. I know you are not a travel channel, and maybe do not want to disclose this all the time... but if you did, it might boost subs and it would make it a more engaging experience. Like, "I want to go there too." "Where will they go next?" "Will there ever be a meet and greet / photo op?" Definitely more comments will be posted.

      You watch in the beginning he shows you how to breathe properly. There's always an intro and instructions, how hard can it be? It's 2-2-4 it's a version of box breathing. In thru nose 2 seconds, hold for 2 and 4 seconds pursed lips. That's it. If ya fall asleep before the vid ends then it worked.
