I own a mk4 r32 and I generally prefer manual transmissions but holy crap I love how quick that dsg shifts.

I am the original owner of a 2008 R32. I replaced the suspension, added a heavy duty sway bar, Turbo, intercooler, air intake, APR tune and a Peloquin differential. Car has just 38,000 miles on it. Like this guy, I laugh and smile every time I drive it. My personal Smile Machine. Thanks for the video.

I have the same engine in my 2013 CC. Good to see someone made a supercharger kit. I removed the big middle muffler and replaced the rear ones with Magnaflows. The sound is addictive. And yeah, I too miss the days when these cars were made.
Immaculate conversation, love how it has dsg spec gearbox. Definitely my favorite R compared to the current souless 4 pot.
It's nice the r32 but i like the 6R20 more because of the exterior/interior. ''The whole Design''. Keep in mind it's europe, where the tax is ridiculous. I've always hate 4 cylider cars but as i got older i started to appreciate them.

I don't like the head lights.. they look cheap in comparison with the stock xenon ones. Also the rims looking better in silver when the car is in this beautiful R-blue..
I don't think the Mk4 had xenons. I agree on the wheels. Black wheels rarely look good, especially on dark cars.
Xenons were as an option in mk4
@@garymathe9863 xenons were standard on the top of the line mk4 euro golfs, namely the r32 and vr6 4motion.

Fantastic video and beautiful car. I own a Mk5 R32 DSG and love the sound and drive. Yes it's not as fast as other new hot hatches but the sound is WOW!!!

I've got a twin turbo 420d at 200bhp... Really want to boost it but only suggestions are remap which gets like 30 more bhp and an inter-cooler which will get maybe 50 bhp with the remap also. Any suggestions? Would appreciate.

JohnOX Yea it's seen betters days. Unfortunately they don't come off so your only option is to stick a new one over the old one.
Tip: do not get Alcantara in your car, ever. It deteriorates really fast.

Name24 I have a 17 year old car and mine looks phenomenal. Alcantara actually has excellent wear and stain resistance so I don't know what OP is talking about.
He's probably just read some other guys dumb comment, probably never taken a look at older cars with alcantara or talked to someone that actually has it....
Agreed, Alcantara is the way to go rather than a full leather, a lot of people get fooled into thinking that full leather is the best but it's not.
