I would like you to share your lower back injury recovery journey. Been waiting for u to confirm whether u had fully recovered and how long did it take. Did u go back to doing the normal squats with enduring Ang pain.
I started training a month ago. I am wondering what is the best weekly plan? Currently I have been working as follows: Monday - back and biceps Tuesday - chest and triceps Wednesday - rest Thursday-shoulders and forearms Friday-legs Saturday - I have obligations, so I don't train Sunday - cardio I don't pay much attention to abs, I sometimes do cable crunches and leg raises. I am wondering if this is the correct plan or would it be better if I change it? Thanks in advance for help!
