True! The body adapts! I worked shoulders three times a week one Summer. I didn’t bench press cause my chest was already pretty developed. I didn’t want to stress my rotator cuffs. I went back to my old gym and people noticed my gains! A woman (actually a hater) mouth dropped seeing how much I developed! *Silence your haters with progress*
Brian Bianchi seems like keeping you chest up engages your core and also helps you retract your scapula and stabilize your back more so you feel it in the target area and you can still stretch.

I usually do two hand dumbbell rows as well.. but I will also do about 2 sets of single hands.. you just get a much better stretch and isolation of the muscles

I was in the same place about two months ago. Started light with no more than 3 sets for each exercise. Already regained some serious muscle since.
