Fantastic! You're a great storyteller, Deidra Riggs. I almost felt panicky when that big "garage door" opened up. And wow, what a message. This talk illustrates the power of story to make a point. Well done.
When you turn a light on, you can limit your thanks to the light switch, but some of us choose to look beyond & acknowledge the designer, the light maker and the power station.
Ahhh I love what you are doing here. I just wrote a book called, “Sorority girls can change the World” about me coming to Christ as a sorority girl, I’d love to offer it as a giveaway to your readers! Let me know if I can help. Press on warrior princess!
Great story, but I some how doubt God'll pull the rip cord... If we push ourselves beyond our limits, it's our own peril. He gave us free will, and I think he's going to stick to it.
What was she thanking a god for, she should have thanked the instructor for He not a god pulled the cord. Her faith in god would have let her plummet to the ground. Her god should strive to be more like her instructor.
