Agreed. On top of that, some people report to HR ON BEHALF of someone else. This happened to me at work. My boss was talking to me in my office. The door was closed, and it was only the two of us in there having a meeting. My boss made a joke that was extremely minor that absolutely did not offend me. He knew me quite well and knew it wouldn't offend me. Heck, it didn't even occur to me that the joke would offend ANYONE. I had to think about the joke for several hours to figure out how anyone could possibly have found it offensive and finally realized there was a very unusual double meaning in the joke (so obscure I didn't even think of it until after thinking of it non-stop for several hours) that someone could have thought was saying something slightly derogatory to me. A co-worker happened to be walking by in the hall and overheard the joke. I say happened to be walking by, but I tried to recreate the incident, and she had to basically have been standing by the door with her ear pressed against the door to hear it. Anyway, she reported him to HR for intimidating me with his superior power in his superior position with a joke that "clearly offended me, but I didn't have the power to stand up to it." He got in trouble. They wouldn't even tell him what he did, but since I was the so-called victim in the scenario they were willing to tell me. Everyone lost in that scenario. I felt so violated I can't even explain it. The joke didn't bother me at all. I know he didn't mean it in the derogatory way and hadn't even thought about how it could be taken that way, and neither had I. But even if he had meant it that way, we had the kind of relationship that I would have known it wasn't personal, and it was so mildly derogatory that even if it had been intentional I wouldn't have found it offensive. However, I never felt safe in my office after that because I knew I had a co-worker who loved drama and tattling who was creepily listening in at my door. My boss was completely demoralized after that for quite awhile, and I felt so bad for him. He was terrified he had actually unintentionally hurt me in some way, even though I knew he hadn't. And most importantly, after that we didn't joke about ANYTHING ever again. And to be clear, it wasn't even much of a joke. I can't even remember exactly what the joke was about, but it was something similar to, "And we know that we need to use red to do highlighting instead of blue," because our school colors were red and white, and our rival's school colors were blue and white, but she realized I was wearing a blue shirt, so it could have been a dig at how I was dressed. I have also been on the other side where I had to report something real to HR - theft and contracts that were breaking the law. Ultimately, they made it around to being my boss, and as soon as they were my boss they found a plausible, unrelated way to get me fired that I could never prove was retaliation against a whistle blower. HR never does the right thing, only the thing that causes the least inconvenience and cost for HR and the company. And then afterwards everyone has ruffled feathers and starts taking petty revenge on each other to penalize each other for taking it to HR in the first place. Eliminating workplace bullying and incivility requires a comprehensive approach that starts with leadership. Leaders should set the tone by promoting respect, leading by example, and ensuring that bullying and incivility are not tolerated. Clear policies outlining unacceptable behaviors and consequences, along with procedures for reporting incidents, are essential for establishing a zero-tolerance culture. Training programs on bullying, incivility, conflict resolution, and effective communication help employees recognize and address these issues. It’s also important to create an environment where open communication is encouraged, allowing employees to report concerns without fear of retaliation. Providing support systems, such as counseling or employee assistance programs, ensures that victims receive the help they need. Finally, fostering a positive organizational culture based on respect, inclusivity, and collaboration can reduce the likelihood of negative behaviors. Consistent enforcement of policies and holding individuals accountable for their actions further solidify the commitment to eliminating bullying and incivility, ultimately contributing to a healthier, more productive work environment.

Saying I go harassing's women , stalking them, drinking, I'm crazy, insecure, unstable. All 100% pure bs. My managers all know who I am. Never been suspended. Gaslight me, using flying monkeys, gang stalking me. Been doing this to me for the last 16 years. This is criminal?
@AnthonyManzio it's a universal crime. But you have to keep speaking your truth, and stay aware brother. They only show their true selves when their weaknesses are showing. Remember your experience as Reality.👍🏽
@@akaisasori1052 But they never get fired. I need solid proof. No one wants to investigate. Maybe I should hire an investigator. lol Get them to do a lie detector test. My managers want to go nothing to be afraid of the bullies. Huge red flag. Gang stalking in my condo to have people be scared of me and to hate me thinking that they will kick me out. I'm very respectful and have owned my condo for 14 years. Bullies at work are so jealous. I just ignore it at work and in my condo or should i do something about it since it will never stop trying to destroy me?
I hope everyone with a daughter reads this certain topics arent funny

Remove all the pawns of your opponents. You can change the game itself nowadays. More knights, more queens, more rooks, etc.
