    Last year I went to work for a filmmaker who was a HeartMath Practitioner, through my work with her I was exposed to so much about the heart and began a journey into the heart that turned my life upside down. I believe this was essential to my path despite the bumpiness of the road. Thank you for this video.

    This is so powerful. I was raised to think that you have to control your emotions and that the less pain you feel the better - being sensitive was weak and mind was all that matters - but this only numbs you. Thank you Howard Martin for vindicating the heart.

    Wow, this is new to me but I want to share how I felt when I heard about this speaker’s mission in life. To monitor humanity’s collective heart coherence to ascertain the questions and answers necessary to improve the health and welfare of our people and planet. This left me feeling tears of joy and gratitude, thank you‼️ Hopefully, going forward, this research will serve the power’s of light to allow this mission to come to fruition ❤️

    This is very important information. As Earth Civilization transitions into the eagerly anticipated new era of harmony and love, we find that it is everyone's responsibility to maintain a positive emotional atmosphere, not only for the sake of ourselves as individuals but for the good of society as a whole.

    Howard your work is profound and Inspirational. You’re providing evidence of what so many of us Intuitively belief. But it often takes science to overcome barriers to change - you’re showing undeniably that being more consistently and intentionally in contact with our loving hearts will change our planet. Thank you so much.

    Excellent video! Science is now proving so many things that we all knew intuitively! Until recently, so many felt that we had this thing called life figured out. Most of us thought it was all just a big math problem with a defined answer if we did the problem correctly. Quantum Physics, Psychoneuroimmunology and what they are doing with HeartMath all play a part in demonstrating that everything in life is connected and integrated. The reality is - there is so much more that we don't know than we do. Life is truly a mystery and each new thing we learn should only create more wonder and awe.

      Every technology we have today was once scoffed away as impossible, simply because we didn't have the instruments yet to measure it at the time. And people think all progress has suddenly stopped? Of course more technology will come along eventually to show us more things we couldn't see. I'm looking forward to the day we develop the instrument to allow us to see consciousness. I believe that will be the single biggest game-changer in our earth's story, where we'll finally start to see and appreciate how consciousness is in everything. Including that tree we don't give a second thought about.

    We know about morality by feeling our hearts preferences ... we feel the attraction and preference for kindness and the repulsion when we feel the impact of cruelty, we feel the need for freedom and the pain and rage of being imprisoned ... that is heart intelligence and it is how we know morality. Religion and politics tell us that we cannot know morality without them, but their "morality" is based on manipulation to control minds and take from you, your freedom to feel what You feel ...

    I have been practising for 3 months with a hearthmath sensor and I just don't get it... I tried focusing on my heart (doesn't work most of the time, as if I have no heart), thinking about my cat, breathing smoothly, guided audios, ... nothing really works. I only get a good result about 1 time out of ten, and not necessarily when I'm more calm... It's very disheartening.

    Heartfelt Understanding as a source of insight has long been understood and deeply valued by Native peoples around our world , and has long been a part of there "medicine"
    the re-connection of a person to this core part of there inner insight can often allow a person to "see" there own inner issues "and "heal" themselfs",
    James Camerons Avatar touched on this quite deeply with the simple statement
    "I see you" but this is not topical at all
    it reflects quite deeply upon ones own "Sense of self" and "sense of place in our
    world and how we "collectivly" respect each other and our world around us.
    I think Heartmath has found a "piece of the puzzle" but there is still a lot
    more to the great mystery we have yet to understand. I think its good that
    "Science" is starting show genuine intrest there is a lot we all can learn here.
    but science can often take a "simple" core "human" part of all of us and turn into a very "Complex Mechanism" If one wants to see a very down to earth example of heartfelt understanding at work in a community and leadership "structure"
    living today , Search youtube for "Haudenosaunee Language of peace"
    /watch?v=eAlRwi9mnwA
    Jump to the "47 min mark" and listen to what Jake Swamp has to say
    as a whole one can take a look at there Community and Leadership "structure"
    and one will see a big diffrence in the "source" of there Core Worldview.
    from ones "Heart"

    Thank you for the presentation and I believe that heart science is going to be a healing modality of the future,,, it is interesting that that we in the west had to go full circle to learn what ancient culture have been teaching for thousands of years including our own indigenous tribes... Soon our own science will lead us to the understanding of universal consciousness despite its slow pace... Heart reflects the universe while mind is just the soft ware...I recommend Nassim Heramien 's lectures on utube ... He is a scientist who defines consciousness through math....

    It would be interesting to see a pattern of design in variability - high, medium & low ranges. This could mean coherent (intelligent), active but not coherent and inert (crowd, non responsive). This could in long duration readings indicate a basic pattern / design of person. It could qualify for different techniques of enhancement.

    To the nay-sayers - Why is it plausible (and evident) that electromagnic fields can be
    harnessed to create images (MRI) but not plausible that our human
    electromagnetic fields can influence each other and our world?
    Wiki- An electromagnetic field (also EM field) is a physical field produced by electrically charged objects.[1] It affects the behavior of charged objects in the vicinity of the field.

    • @atthehops
      @atthehops 8 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      +Roseann Pascale The reason you believe this question is a valid one is due in part to yours lack an understanding of bioelectromagnetism.
      "Short-lived electrical events called action potentials occur in several types of animal cells which are called excitable cells, a category of cell include neurons, muscle cells, and endocrine cells, as well as in some plant cells. These action potentials are used to facilitate inter-cellular communication and activate intracellular processes. The physiological phenomena of action potentials are possible because voltage-gated ion channels allow the resting potential caused by electrochemical gradient on either side of a cell membrane to resolve."

    • @rpascale9963
      @rpascale9963 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Theodore A Hoppe I wish I could say I understand how this information relates to my question. Can you be more explicit?

    • @atthehops
      @atthehops 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +R Pascale Sure, if you can construct a question with a scientific basis. What are you actually asking about because it appears that your question is not grounded in science. And I find the same problem in your blog posting. Here is an example:
      "this system of neurons, hormones and chemical neurotransmitters allows the brain to “talk” directly to the gut-and apparently, the gut talks back." Really? Please provide me with a reference that supports how the enteric system interacts with the brain. You might find that the communication between the two happens only one way, from gut to brain.

    • @rpascale9963
      @rpascale9963 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +Theodore A Hoppe I referenced this article from Scientific American for the purposes of my article, which is not designed to be a scientific piece, more a subject of interest and investigation. Thanks again for your interest and for the dialog.
      www.scientificamerican.com/article/gut-feelings-the-second-brain-in-our-gastrointestinal-systems-excerpt/

    • @atthehops
      @atthehops 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +R Pascale Whenever someone attempts to misrepresent scientific findings in support of pseudoscience it needs to be questioned. In this case you are using a SA article that DOES NOT support your concepts of intuition which Daniel Kahneman's research demonstrates. You're attempting to support a myth with science.
      And the same applies to HeartMath.

      We can change even our own negatives with compassion...
      It's hard if we are around people who are not helpful and have compassion...
      Hard when we think people got it figured out, and yet the truth is far from the opposite... they are flawed and hide it well.. they just haven't seen their real self to get stuck like we have...

    What happens after a heart transplant when you receive a heart from another human being? Does the brain of the host download intelligence to overwrite the data held in the heart of the donor.

    • @kathryneregaudie
      @kathryneregaudie 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Joe Dispenza talked about this in his book, "becoming supernatural" and this exact scenario revealed that the person who received a heart transplant began to have the same food cravings as the previous heart owner.

    People need to let go of the new age shit. I have a soul, don't like it, kiss my ass. This just shows how arrogant humans are when you neglect other things ie your heart. Honestly to claim the brain is what a human is.... It's just absurd and wrong to assume that the brain does everything.

    Matt 22:37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with
    all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.38 This is
    the first and great commandment.39 And the second is like unto it, Thou
    shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.Jesus said in John 10:10 The thief
    cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come
    that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
    Eph1:17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may

    i admit i want to believe in this. but this type of metaphysical gobbledygook has proved quite slippery and often highly financially motivated time and time again

      Yes but also no. You see, belief is everything. Whatever you believe, is true, in your reality. But the moment you believe this is true, it will suddenly become true for you. Reality doesn't exist outside of your consciousness. there is only you. Everything outside of you is created by your brain. Even me writing this and you reading this is your brain making this up.

    Hmmm... all those buzz words "revolutionary living, revolutionary caring". I guess the only difference between what is known by meditating people around the world and this presentation is Mr Martin's attempt to "Scientifically prove" meditation has a beneficial global aspect.... Breathing deeply, check. centering the mind, Check. Thinking positive warm thoughts, Check.

    Does noone else feel slightly awkward about the checks these guys are writing in the name of science. You all do know they consider the heart to be an "antenna" connecting to "beyond space and time". They have scientific basis to some degree but at some point they just take off. They are believers. This electromagnetic field stuff ... well now ... new age was ever hungry for some mechanism of universal information transfer. Somewhere to put the soul. Somewhere to put the magic. Caveat emptor
